Funnily enough, that guy was supposedly already released. They've got 3 suspects in custody, two of which are juveniles (and presumably the black teens posted previously). I guess he could be the third, though. Sounds like a confrontation that escalated, so just normal urban youth stuff that happened to be during the parade.

Funny part is one of the guys that got caught (tackled by crowd) probably could've escaped, but he kept the gun in his hand the entire time he was running away.

His rookie contract is up this year and he already said the Dolphins game was his last at Arrowhead.
