I still don't get this obsession over Taylor Swift. She's a flavor of the week that expired years ago, as far as her music goes.

I think old dudes like her too because she has a nostalgic kinda fashion sense and sound to her. Though nostalgia is just brain poison if you ask me. I guess that's why Russel Greer was so obsessed too; she's like contrapositive moebius syndrome.

the only thing that annoys me is the excessive pandering to her fans, and how they watch a sport because she dates the star TE of my team, i just find it corny. but none of that is her fault

I guess cause she rerecorded her albums so she'd have the rights to them. But even then, There's been far more famous people dating NFL stars, and they never got as much screentime as Taytay's been getting. It feels really astroturfed.

Considering the Methodist Church split over faggots, and a lot of Prot churches are now taking in fags, I feel this is for those kinds. Them and the "we're not religious but based on this out of context verse, you must do x and y" type.

Outside of Kim Kardashian who at the time wasn't at the height of her fame, who has there been? Taylor Swift is arguably the most well known female celebrity in the English speaking world and has been for years.

I'm sick of all of the Swift coverage too, but let's also not pretend like this is Josh Allen dating Hailee Steinfeld. This is a woman who recently finished a tour that did over a billion dollars in revenue.

If you sign up for He Gets Us they'll eventually start recommending Alpha courses in your area.

I'm familiar with Alpha since my parish does them. The idea is that you create an entirely safe space where anyone can come there without being judged, and you get to talk about the Gospel with them and they can ask questions and feel free to disagree or whatever. It's actually pretty effective.
