It's not like you guys were going to throw more than 10 passes a game anyways, your coach is Jim Harbaugh.
Honestly the most confusing part of hiring him was having Herbert and that hedged bet may prove to pay off this year.
True true, but we really needed him to be in training camp to get the install and be with the team. But this is a very hyped up rebuild year and we are missing key position players that aren't rentals currently. Granted the injury depending on the severity will keep them out till week two but, we really needed him in camp so Herbert can be comfortable with his third coach. Oh well, another fun season of Chargers football ahead.

The problem with plantar fasciitis is that there's really no rehab for it beyond "stop fucking doing anything", lots of stretches, and time. Which you can probably guess doesn't gel well with a starting QB getting injured during training camp.
It'll likely be bothering him all season.

The Chiefs have made Harrison Butker the highest paid kicker in the league. giving him a four-year $25.6 million extension ($17.75 million guaranteed.)

I had a case of it last summer. That shit hurts, but if you can stand to do the stretches and drink just gallons of water a day, you can bounce back from it relatively quickly. By the time you're on the other side of it, moving around on your feet helps knock the rest of it out. Mine lasted only two weeks, and I was up moving around with less and less pain every day after the first week.

Man you had a lucky case of it. Mine chased after me for 9 goddamn months and it was like rolling a die whether I'd be able to get out of bed in the morning without instantly crumpling

Being a kicker in the NFL must be wild. Fans were calling for him to be cut two years ago when he had a bad season and now he gets a mega contract.

God I hate journalists. Having Catholic views is now something a team has to put up with.

I mean, on the one hand he's not wrong - see Antonio Brown for the easiest example I have off the top of my head.

On the other hand, he can get fucked, because Butker being Catholic and holding Catholic views shouldn't have him in this kind of conversation - if anything it's the rest of the Chiefs who've done Actual Criminal Shit this offseason that should be under fire, but nooo...

Thats fucking life. In Literally any aspect of life that isnt directly controlled by someone who is purposefully rigging the system, the more adept you are at accomplishing your goal(s) (whatever it is) the better your life will be. The reason this has been turned on its head even in the most extremely mertitocraric spaces like sports or business is because we allowed dysgenic degenerate freaks like this journalist and his ilk to have power over us for some reason.

(the reason is we are all deathly afraid of someone being mean to us, so we in turn desperately avoid being mean to other people and psychopathic rats and bug people take advantage by masquerading as real people)

Exactly, be who you can afford to be is a cliché in the league for a reason. I'd love to see all of Wingo's tweets about Tyreek Hill being a domestic absuser, a child abuser for instance, and attachking random marina employees. That's to name a few. I'm sure there is more. Inter-sex amateur boxing champ Kareem Hunt is still in the league as well. This list goes on an on. I mean shit, things are looking good for the Eagles with Isiah Rodgers who they got for a bag of balls. His ass should have been banned for life life, a lot of times the NFL bans for life with appeals allowed after a number of years, for betting on Colts' games. I'm not sure whether is come out if you took the over or under on Taylor's yards.

I agree as well, but or course Trey Wingo has to be a fag about it.

Exactly, he's a saint among typical NFL players and his own team. The bigger question is how Rashee Rice still has a job.

Andy Reid is forgiving to a fault, probably because his sons are all fuckups.
Reminder that he's the guy who gave Michael Vick a second chance, when literally nobody else was willing to risk the PR backlash for doing that.

If the chiefs ever miss an extra point or field goal this season the liberals will all simultaneously cream their pants and act smug. Therefore, I hope chiefs go 17-0 and Butker is perfect until they lose the Superbowl to my Cowboys (it's our year frfr)

I wouldn't be so bold cowboys. Jahmyr will fire your coach and GM before you even breathe in the copium.

Nah its the lions year. My guess is that Butker will be perfect or elite all year and even be perfect in the playoffs/superbowl.

However, the story of Jake Bates is too good for promoting the UFL as a developmental league for the NFL. So despite Butkers performance in the superbowl Bates will steal the show and win it for the Lions with a last second long distance kick.

And all the liberals in Detroit will cream their pants and be insufferable but I dont care because the lions will be superbowl champions.

Anyway thats my fan fiction, constructive criticism only no h8 pls.

Bro unless you guys are undefeated come November Jerry is going to have McCarthy's corpse dangling in front of AT&T Stadium, he is over it.

Why would Jerry fire his son? It's not like the roster is that team's problem, it's the culture.

Bold of you to think that the Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl again. That storyline is boring. The scriptwriters gotta inject some energy into it.

I'm thinking Lions Bengals.
