Yeah it's like, the guy was Mr. Irrelevant. He's already done better than anyone predicted or expected even if he just ends up with a middling career from here on. Which obviously I sincerely don't want to happen. But he gets such a double standard treatment. I don't think he deserves one of those giant contracts (although I don't think most QB's besides Mahomes do in the first place) but he's a solid QB.

As much as I hate Mahomes the guy is amazing, and he deserves his accolades way more than Lamar does at least. It's really funny looking at Lamar's and Dak's contracts and then their playoffs records.

I don't know who's in a worse position, them or Carolina. At least Carolina has enough free cap space to get a decentish veteran to fill in for them after this season, and pawn off a No. 1 Overall bust on some other poor QB needy team like the Dolphins for decent value. What do the Giants do? They couldn't or wouldn't pay Saquon to stay, so we know they're not willing to pay top dollar for actual talent, and they're probably not gonna draft an NFL ready QB even if they are an early first round pick this year.

I joined for 2 minutes then immediately left. It's an autism nightmare with constant spamming in the channels. The discord asks which country you're from, the State if in the US and your favorite team. Ironically one of the rules is no hate speech but as can be clearly seen, is not being enforced
 
Well, all the Chiefs haters might have a good weekend. With Pacheco out for at least 6 weeks and CEH stuck on IR for 2 more weeks, the current running back room is:
  • a undrafted rookie that's decent
  • a scuffed 29 year old
  • a nobody from the practice squad
  • another 29 year old that wasn't even on a practice squad until 3 days ago
Against the Falcons very not good rush defense and top ten pass defense.

This is the hardest I have laughed in weeks holy shit. Did they even look into what discord is? Only logical conclusion is they thought this would be like a group chat for like a Facebook group but they didnt even think to gauge what the intended audience is.

Until proven otherwise the big bad Chefs will continue to pull bullshit and win. Hater status still set to maximum but expectations are low.

Ok fuck that Cowboys one genuinely got me, that’s funny.

Anyways this is like, what the second time a company has opened an official discord, advertised it on twitter, and it ends in disaster. DC did this back in July and that descended into pure chaos.

This isn't surprising in the slightest. Anyone who's watched the Thursday Night Football streams on Twitch knows that the NFL fandom (especially the zoomer and gen alpha fans) has its fair share of chud shitposters, especially compared to soy fandoms like the NHL and NASCAR.
