I know the Steelers were mentioned as an option, there might be an unexpected team out there desperate enough to get Rodgers toooJust want to say that this will finally put an end to the Aaron Rodgers to NY Giants rumors that were started almost a week ago. I wonder where he’ll go now, since he said he doesn’t want to retire yet.
I hope he goes there just for the sweet sweet kino that is Days of Our Steelers.I know the Steelers were mentioned as an option
Its a race to sign with the Steelers right nowIt's so Joever for Rogers and Russel Wilson

See now this is why I want Aaron Rodgers to go there. The 10-7 finish with a playoff appearance will mean that there will be a streak where they are struggling and Rodgers, Metcalf, and Pickens will be at each other's throat along with the rest of the team. But the streak where they are winning will make the fall in the playoffs just so much sweeterLeast it’s a guaranteed Playoff appearance as Mike Tomlin’s voodoo gets them to 10-7 to be blown out by a real team in the Wildcard Round.
Between the media ree-ing the signing will cause, and the fact that the Steelers signings have basically set the stage for Days of our Steelers to make a comeback even if they don’t get Rodgers, I’m all for it.As a Steelers fan, I want them to sign Rodgers just so I can see all the kvetching from the local media. Kovacevic has been crying like someone pissed in his Wheaties.
Proving that the Jets aren't the only lolcows in New YorkGiants signed Jameis, then proceeds to sign Russell Wilson a few days later.....wtf are they doing? Lol
Jaimas was paid backup money to be a backup. They needed someone besides Tommy Paisan. If the Giants were a competently run organization I'd say this move is because they have strong reason to believe Sanders won't be there at 3. There is a lot of smoke screening going on and teams sure as shit try to tank draft value by leaking things to the press. They'd take Abdul Carter or Travis Hunter and look to 2026 for a QB in this scenario.Proving that the Jets aren't the only lolcows in New York
Competing (unintentionally) with the Jets to see who can be the bigger lolcow next yearGiants signed Jameis, then proceeds to sign Russell Wilson a few days later.....wtf are they doing? Lol
Surely Vrabel will get along will with this established locker room cancer.Stefon Diggs has signed with New England. $69 million for three seasons.
With everyone making Travis Hunter out to be this generational talent, it seems like they don't want to miss out on acquiring him just because their QB situation is dire. I felt that when they signed Daniel Jones to his big deal that they needed to make the most out of those two years to replenish the lack of talent that was lost during the Gettleman regime before going out and drafting the young QB that they want to be their future team leader. Fix the rest of the team so your young QB can come out and immediately have a great chance for success. It seems like this move may just buy them a little bit more time to acquire some more talent and eventually land a better QB in the future.Jaimas was paid backup money to be a backup. Given that this is a team from Jersey we're dealing with, I fully expect them to draft a qb. Either Sanders will be there or they'll draft JaxXxon Dart and hold an open competition in camp causing a shitshow before the season starts.
Well they MIGHT luck out with drafting a lesser Known QB as that is a non-zero possibility while signing Rodgers you know what you get, although i don't expect the Steelers to pick the right choice (whatever that might be)With everyone making Travis Hunter out to be this generational talent, it seems like they don't want to miss out on acquiring him just because their QB situation is dire. I wonder now what the Steelers are going to do since literally their last option left is to sign Rodgers or draft what is going to be a lesser known QB.
