He allegedly played a good part of the Philly game with it and they got the swelling down during the game.
While true, they’d probably have Mahomes play even if his wrist was completely fucked, because their QB2 is Gardner Fucking Minshew.

Though considering they play the Giants, that’s probably the one game Minshew could be expected to win, but that’s one fucker of a downgrade.

Should've got Dobbs.

Minshew isn't actually that bad for a backup but he's gonna be working with a shitty WR room and basically no RBs unless they want to lift up the protective glass covering the red button that makes Hunt take 30 carries. They will use a crowbar to pry him off the field later.

Swear to christ, if Wentz hits the field tomorrow and plays really well it will be all the proof we need that the Vikings should draft a new QB every 3 years and just keep grabbing whomever is standing around like an unwanted dog. Because Journeyman QBs always seem to work for them for ONE season.
Hey now, Carson Wentz took Nick Foles to the Superbowl.
He was actually really good in Philly for a couple seasons but injuries took him out late in the season. I'm pretty sure one season he was something like 12-2 when he got injured. He definitely has a winning season in him.

And then wasn't there more injuries and the coordinator that had propped up thd coach of that Superbowl run had left and the Eagles first only got to the playoffs 1 and done the first year after it while the second they missed the playoffs entirely? Then he went to multiple less than good teams like Jim Irsay's Colts and Snyder's Commanders? Some of the issues were caused by Wentz but not all of it was his fault either i would say

Yeah, and out of all the QBs that passed through the Colts during their QB carousel phase, Irsay only hated one and that was Wentz.

He's gotta be doing something to piss the staff off, but I'm not really sure what it is. Being extremely religious isn't anything unusual in the NFL. Maybe he just skips watching film to hold prayer circles or something.

Mike Florio, being the rampant gay homofag that he is (and also Vikings fan, so double gay homo fag) wrote an article that Disney removed Jimmy Kimmel so they had the leverage to bring him back if the ESPN/NFL deal went sour. It's just a matter of time for his "Should X team take a look at Colin Kaepernick" article, though I do believe he FINALLY skipped that last year.

Now this is retarded on a variety levels. Most of which that Jimmy Kimmel is -EV and people would pay money to watch NFL player take dumps in toilets. However, I choose to believe Aaron Rodgers is leading the NFL Illuminati and got Kimmel axed.

decent slate of early games, good chance for alot of these to be close
ATL - CAR
HOU - JAX
CIN - MIN
LAR - PHI
even IND - TEN might be competitive
No love for Bucs vs Jets?

Bucs' OL is a game of musical chairs due to all the injuries, Baker's got some sort of leg injury but will be playing. Tyrod's in for the Jets. This game will end up being the best game of football ever played or completely awful and there's no in between here.

To paraphrase Tree, Baker will play out of spite for his haters, and find ways to prove them wrong.

Also it’s the Jets. There’s like, maybe 2 teams more cursed than them, and they share a stadium with one of them.

I smell a Greatest Game. For either reason.

I think Tyrod has a pretty good chance to put up an absolutely terrible game. Jets D giving up the 30th most point so far this year and his only decent weapon is Garrett Wilson and possibly Breece Hall if they actually decide to use him. So if they get behind and gotta rely on their 36 year old backup whos got a weak arm it could be a 3+ INT day

Refs conjured up something new in the Packers v Browns game. A "simulated substitution". Packers were trying to catch the Browns being retarded via hurry up. It assumed the Browns called a timeout because they were gonna have 12 men on the field, but nope. Because the previous play involved the Packers running out of bounds towards the bench, that was considered them simulating a substitution. Browns weren't charged a timeout.

Now how does that make any sense? IDK. How can you simulate a substitution??? Either a player is replaced or he isn't. The refs owe me either a penalty or a charged time out for the Browns.

Today's apparent topics - how blatant will the Refball get before someone actually in the League starts calling it out, and Tush Push Ban Debate #8675309.

No but seriously, I'll even take back some of the things I've thought about Jerruh if he was the one to start calling out the Refball. He won't, but it's almost farcical how the Refs try and make the game about them...

It's getting to the point where they fuck up before the play even starts. I get difficulty while the play is in motion, but JFC. How do wait to call an offsides 2 seconds after the offisides or can't count the number of players on the field.

Bucs v Jets is on target for being one of the most flagged games of the year

Sorry for the double post but this is too fucking hilarious. Jets get the ball with 55 seconds left trailing 13-3 with the Bucs getting the ball at the half. Pick up a solid 1st down so they spike the ball and run a pass play.

Bucs Pick 6 and now they are down 20-3 with the Bucs getting the ball at the half.
