Chip Kelly did okay with it at first until he singlehandedly destroyed the Eagles' roster. Main problem is that you can go three and out in like a minute and now your defense is back on the field and they're tired as hell.

Also the NFL doesn't like it. Refs were intentionally taking forever to spot the ball. I think broadcasters complained because it's too hard to work in your crappy little in-broadcast advertisements when a team is running hurry-up offense.
