It really felt like they're stacking the schedules with lots of division games later on to up the stake. I'm not sure how I feel about it.
On the one hand, it feels very transparent how they're trying to emotionally manipulate fans into staying invested into the late season. Personally, I feel that with division games, we should have one matchup in the first half and one in the second half, just so you get a good distribution of those important games. On the other hand, if nearly all the division games get put at the time where Love/Green Bay have historically shined... I can be emotionally manipulated if they continue to win AND it's also against division rivals.

It has been moving that way since the 2010 season I believe, after the Colts and Saints were so red-hot they ended up sitting their starters for three games (two for Indy, one for NOLA), requiring the last week of the season to be divisional games only. Makes for a more exciting product to keep divisions on the line later in the season.
