This is legitimately the only time I’m ever going to root for the Chiefs, but if they manage to pull this off with a literal Madden Generated QB, I’m going to be laughing hysterically at some Bronco’s fans.

No but seriously how many roster and play call flaws has Mahomes been masking?

Honestly? This just cemented the Bronco’s as Frauds - how the fuck do not blow out a team with a Madden Generated QB? Shit, how the fuck do you have a tie game until the 2 Minute Warning of the 4th Goddamn Quarter?

Sean Payton is a hack and this team deserves to be BTFO’d against a real team.

The playoffs will be really chaotic this year, how much of it will be organic versus manufactured remains to be seen.

Found a cool little infographic on (the top 20) football stadium sizes:

Why were Lions/Vikes 7-7 into the third holy shit lol. Was it really great D on both parts? Terrible offense? A combination of both? I remember walking downstairs, seeing that score, and two turnovers in the span of what felt like two minutes. What the fuck did I miss

JJ McCarthy when healthy was solid and having a solid part of the last couple games of the season.

Defense did great.

He was doing that every Broncos game I've seen this year. They go up one score and start madly chewing clock.

It has been working, I suppose.
Its a great strategy too. Because I can't see how getting into a bunch of close one score games where you play poorly for 3 quarters and are forced to pull out a miracle nail biting win could possibly backfire in the playoffs.

The Broncos are on course for what is possibly going to be the single biggest course correction in NFL history next year.

It's amazing how much Drew Brees masked his flaws as a coach.
Time is clearly a flat circle, because at this point I’m legitimately wondering how many of the Chiefs flaws are masked by Mahomes.

Or the Bills with Allen - no seriously how many games have they won solely off Josh Allen locking in?

Glad the chiefs lost. Even the most mild of refball couldn't mask that their "dynasty" is over. The worst part was the fucking cameras mogging all over Travis Kelce for the last quarter of the game. We get it, the guy is probably going to retire. That doesn't mean you devote every spare second and the after game camerawork to him.

Also, the NFL should really go back to a 16 game season, although the extra revenue it generates would never allow it. IDK if it's the long slog of the season and all the injuries, or the fact that it was Christmas, but it was apparent that nobody wanted to be there in any of the games last night. The Lions/Vikings was especially horrible. 6 turnovers by Goff, and the vikings were held to a net 3 yards and somehow won 23-10. The NFL really needs to consider schedule balancing for upcoming seasons at the very least. Some teams get a bye in week 5 then have a 13 week slog, and some are much better spaced our with byes in week 8-12.
