Man, if I'm Keon I'm becoming a full-on football terrorist after seeing that clip. The gall for an owner to talk about an active player like that, regardless of performance, just speaks to the total lack of leadership in that building. If only there was a locker-room guy the FO could rely on to keep the team motivated.... ah, fuck that, let's just hire Brian Daboll
The only bit he's put out after all this nonsense was something to the effect of recognizing nobody at the top of the organization has a clue what each other think/believe and he's just going to focus on getting tight with Allen during the offseason and improving his game.

Phillip Rivers has a new scheme to keep his army of children's healthcare- coaching the Buffalo Bills

I'm down for it but Buffalo just did it in hopes that the goodwill Rivers had this season rubs off on them. Dumb & Dumber keep saying Allen is heavily involved in the HC search. So next they'll blame Allen for any HC problems next season. Already hung out Coleman for no apparent reason that's not going to get the players they need to come fix the roster that they made who used to go there for the culture.

He has $9m guaranteed and I don't think you can forfeit that by actively fucking up your team. (You will fuck up your career, but nine million is nine million.)

Oh no I fumbled out of the endzone again, what a shame.

The Steelers are hiring Mike McCarthy to be their head coach. Looks like Rodgers is coming back for another year.
LMAO that's the most uninspired hire they could've made. Not outright bad, just so extremely whelming it might as well be bad.
And with how things ended in Green Bay, I would not take it as a given that Rodgers is down for a swan song year with McCarthy.

I can't believe there is someone out there dumber than Jerry Jones. I figured the league was done with him after Jerry Jones hired then fired him and Al Davis' offspring decided not to hire him and take Pete Carroll out of retirement

The only upside to hiring McCarthy - he's 62, and I doubt he has another 15 years of Coaching in him.

He just has to keep his job long enough to outlive Rooney so we can hope whoever takes over from him isn't as fucktarded with hiring decisions.

He can also suck so bad that the roster gets turned over with better draft picks. 10 million IQ play there by the Steelers

If really just seems like all the Steelers did was hire white Mike Tomlin. First chance in 20 years in bring in fresh faces and change the culture of the team and they did the least inspired thing they could have.

White Mike Tomlin also downgraded unless there's hidden high end talent on the Steelers
