Dem Girls need to stop winning the off season every year and start winning in the post season.
I want to disagree with you because you're an Eagles fan, but I can't lol. We need some postseason success for the first time since beating Tampa Bay 3 years ago, but even if we don't go far this year, I will be happy to see my boys be in the playoffs again after missing them in back-to-back seasons.

The Dallas Cowboys are building a crazy defense this offseason. I think the Micah Parsons trade will end up being the 21st-century Herschel Walker trade. Everyone thought we were crazy the first year, then we won the Super Bowl the next year with this offense and defense combo. We are making the NFC championship guaranteed.
Bro you guys traded a 4th round pick for Rashan Gary, who was about to be cut by the Packers. I don't know what dirt Gutekunst has on Jerry Jones but it must be awful

As a Bills fan, my first thought was "oh no." Also, Mike Evans on a team other than the Buccaneers just feels weird.
Evans definitely was the face of the team and helped bring them back into the limelight. Without him they would have never been as relevant as they are as a team.

It sucks to see him go but there wasn't anymore the Buccaneers could do for him. The injuries have been mounting season after season and last year it became clear he couldn't produce what he once did. The Buccaneers have way too many problems that have to be addressed, they can't continue to invest in a guy that is way past his prime. I am sure if they had their way they would have wanted him to retire this offseason.

I guess that's why they drafted Emeka Egbigboo Egbuka.

We traded a 4th-round pick in next year's draft for Rashan Gary, who, from what I can see, is a good player. I'm trusting the plan; I think Brian Schottenheimer and Christian Parker know what they are talking about.

He had decent production when Parsons and Wyatt were healthy but as soon as one of them stopped playing, he sucked

Seahawks keep Rashid Shaheed on a 3 year deal !!!
The one guy I was sure was gone gone is staying, and I have several takeaways:
-When we extend JSN our WR room is back to being mega expensive
-Shaheed and Tory Horton as 1a/1b returners means just about every team will be copying the Rams example and deliberately kicking touchbacks/punting out of bounds next year.

I fucking hate Ravens fans so much right now. They're so fucking stupid and emotional. Pure dog brain.

Raiders traded the only star on their team for a 14th pick and a 20-something...ith pick. We got the best pass rusher in the league at tackles for loss and run defense, something we haven't had since Suggs was winning DPOY. Someone, who if we had him last year, might have prevented the 5 lost leads our team blew last year.

We lost a punter who sucked for 3 years then miraculously became good for his contract year. He got overpaid.
We lost a blocking TE who got grossly overpaid.
We lost a pass catching TE who thinks he's the #1 option but couldn't hold on to footballs when in the end zone. He too, was overpaid.
And a center, who is possibly the 2nd or 3rd best center in the league.. who absolutely fleeced the Raiders for a fully guaranteed contract worth 27 million a year.

Winners don't do this shit. They don't overpay for TEs and punters and centers. They overpay for the top tier shit, the Edges, the WRs and the QBs. Fuckin' Baltimore nearly went to back to back superbowls in 2011, and 2012 with Matt Birk and his varicose veined legs and won a ring.

That's why I'm saying, this season the Ravens either need to go all the way, or they need to accept that the core of this team isn't going to do it and blow it up. The latter though is difficult as long as they have Lamar, and by extension Lamar's fans, to deal with.

The worst part is they probably still win their division if they commit to a rebuild, considering the AFC North.

The team isn't even that bad. When we lost Madibuike for the season is when things really shit the fan. That defense had been slow to develop the previous year as well, so those early game woes weren't that big of a deal.. until it turned out the guy propping up the entire pass rush was gone and we ended the season with all of 30 sacks. While the Oline was porous, it also held up enough to have a winning lead in 13 games, 5 of which the defense gave up. It allowed Derrick Henry to run for almost 1600 yards and 16 touchdowns. The biggest issue we had is pass rush and now we have it. Whoever we put in that second pass rush spot is going to get a jump in production as well since Maxx is gonna need at least 2 blockers every play, and he's a 3 down DE.

@Absolutego If you don't mind me asking, why are you an LA Rams fan? I didn't know they existed outside of LA transplants who started watching football in the past 6 years.
I knew it was a mistake to switch away from the Leonard Williams avatar smdh

very much NOT a Rams fan. Certified McVay hater. I talk about them b/c they're a divisional rival that lives a little rent-free in my head, even after my team (Seahawks) ruined their whole-ass season this year, so hard they went crying to the competition committee about it.

Geno is going back to the Jets also LOL people fear becoming a jet

I thought I read you calling the LA Rams "we" as in your team. My bad, I'm curious, though. Why do you post about them so often if you are a Seahawks fan? Lol, at least throw some 49ers hate in there; it would make more sense to obsess over the LA Rams if you were a team without recent success like the Raiders. But you are a Seahawks fan, the reigning Super Bowl champion. Trust me, I don't like the Rams either. It's not fair how a team that had fewer fans at their parade than the COVID-era Tampa Bay Buccaneers gets to have the playoff success they have had under Sean McVay, but I also am not obsessed with them to the point of talking about them more than my favorite team, lol.

Enjoy the rollercoaster, Philly. 1/3 of the time, he won't even try, 1/3 he's an All-Pro corner, and the other 3rd is average when he isn't catching potentially game-destroying penalties at literally the worst possible moment.
The Seahawks were right to let him go, if only out of concern for the fanbase's heart/liver health.
