The Browns have proposed a New Rule that would allow draft picks up to 5 years away to be tradeable.

They could have traded 5 first round picks instead of 3 for Deshaun Watson? DamnThe Browns have proposed a New Rule that would allow draft picks up to 5 years away to be tradeable.

Shades of when San Francisco's Harm Reduction movement got overtaken by addicts explicitly pushing for legalization of schedule I drugs in the city. The Browns have proposed a New Rule that would allow draft picks up to 5 years away to be tradeable.

Carson Wentz also is, if you care about former Bengals QBs.TIL Andy Dalton is still in the NFL.
Ah, yes. Carson Wentz. My favorite Bengals quarterback.Carson Wentz also is, if you care about former Bengals QBs.
Something feels off about trading anything farther away than the average NFL career. The Browns have proposed a New Rule that would allow draft picks up to 5 years away to be tradeable.
There is a reason why a terrible organization like Cleveland is introducing this rule change. They want to up the limit on one of their credit card. This time they'll use it wisely. Why use 1 pick on a talented player with the potential to change the entire trajectory of their organization when they could use 5 future picks on a player who they KNOW will win them a Super Bowl? It'll definitely happen too fr fr no cap famalamSomething feels off about trading anything farther away than the average NFL career.
Wait a moment, how the fuck is a kicker that fast? (Probably a dumb question but I don't know football a swell as others in this thread)
The more pertinent question is: how is that kicker black? And, why is he a kicker if he's that fast?Wait a moment, how the fuck is a kicker that fast? (Probably a dumb question but I don't know football a swell as others in this thread)
Well i assume he is the kicker since he is the best one, probably? As for why he might be one despite being that fastThe more pertinent question is: how is that kicker black? And, why is he a kicker if he's that fast?
Making a guess, guy might just have rocks for hands and can’t catch a ball for shit. And, why is he a kicker if he's that fast?
Its because he spent his first few years in college playing soccer before switching to football. Hes only been kicking for 2 years and he was just a kick off specialist at UTSA, so he only has a year of experience kicking field goals in game. The more pertinent question is: how is that kicker black? And, why is he a kicker if he's that fast?
Otherwise known as a cornerback.Making a guess, guy might just have rocks for hands and can’t catch a ball for shit.
Counterpoint: it's, by far, the most disposable position in the game. Few and far between are the franchise legend kickers. Usually all it takes is a 2 game slide or even just a bad day in a critical game and they are cut. Scapegoating the kicker is the first move every floundering coach/front office makes, before looking at staff, before looking at overall roster talent, hell, before taking a breather before entering the postgame press conference. They do that because there's a lot of NFL-caliber kickers in the league already who can fill out a rotation among the 2/3rds of the teams who don't have the position set.You can make $40m over a decent career as a kicker. You basically never take physical impact and as long as your legs work, you're good. No CTE or shit like that. Seems like a pretty decent deal even if you're talented enough to play a more glamorous position.
