I don't think this is going to work out like Randy Moss 2.0 for Belichick expects it to. He's not going to be quiet like a mouse like Beli likes all his players to be. He also falls asleep during meetings and constantly shows up late to things--for both teams he's been on. Worst for Bill, AB doesn't give a fuck about team football.

This all may be true, but if Brown acts up Belichick isn't going to hang onto him. He'll cut bait with ruthlessness. Has before, and will again.

I think Brown will be serviceable in the offense, know to not fuck this up and buy into the Patriot Way, but isn't going to shatter the league like Moss did; Brady doesn't have the deep throws he had twelve years ago. I could be wrong, but Belichick has handled plenty of exceptional players before, and they either work out or don't.
 
I am so defeated. I've been a fan of the god forsaken Raiders all my life and it's the same garbage, every fucking year. If it isn't one thing holding this team back, it's another. Bad officiating, bad draft picks, bad ownership, bad coaching, bad free agencies, etc. It just doesn't end with this franchise. Every damn year something bad has to happen to this team and every year I keep coming back for more because I'm a masochist and I like pain apparently. Even when they do the right thing it blows up in there face, like today.

Just for once in my life, can this team catch a break? Just once? This team hasn't had a fucking break since 84 and I don't know how much more my heart can take this living, breathing organized cock tease. Can at least one of our rookies be All-American?

Just sick and tired of being sick and tired. As a Mariners and resent Chargers fan I am in the same boat.
The M’s haven’t been good since 01 and the Chargers have been meh for what the past 10 years?

I don't get the Chargers. Seems every year when I look, for the past decade, they're 10-6 at the end of the season--then lose their 1st playoff game.

That Pats game was hard to watch man... I honestly thought we had a chance to bring honor to Stub Hub Center and boy was I wrong.

Anthony Lynn has been a great coach and has turned the team around, but the two thing he can’t change is the ownership and the Chargers will to get REALLY bad timing with injuries. I just want Philip “Nine kids” Rivers to get a god damn ring, but nope we got to be beat to shit and can only play zone defense against Brady.

Ah well, BLIND OPTIMISM MODE ENGAGED ITS OUR YEAR BOIS! More teams need to move to LA, there’s not enough here.

The difference for older and younger Raiders fans is extremely disappointing.
1961-94: winning over 60% of games.
1995-present? Can't crack 40%.

Okay, we all know that the Pats are going to win the AFC East again, but maybe the other teams could at least try? Buffalo has given up four turnovers to the Jets in the first half, but the only points the Jets have are off of a pick-six with a missed PAT, and Miami is losing to Baltimore 42-10 at the half.

49ers are depending way too much on Gould. The offense is still abysmal with or without Garoppolo.
