Tuned in just in time to see a Fitzpat-pick. There's still some things that don't change.

I think more needs to be said about how Ryan Fitzpatrick somehow led the Dolphins in both rushing yards AND rushing TDs last year. That's an unfathomable level of futility.

Don’t the artist formerly known as the Redskins have had contingencies to change the name for years now? I saw somewhere that they would be renamed the Warriors like 20 years ago.
They are like a Madden custom team where the person creating them was too lazy to pick out a name or logo so the game just assigns the default options. I am blown away that they actually went ahead like this.

The Buccaneers are drowning, it's painful to watch. Brady is out here playing like a 6th round 199th pick.

The Chargers almost chargered it up against the Bengals

I don't know what to make of the Rams after tonight. The Rams looked like they were back to their "McVay is an offensive genius" days in the first half, but they couldn't do shit in the red zone while I think Dallas played how you'd expect. I feel that this game should've been a blowout win for LA. Also, I'm no Cowboys fan, but that offensive pass interference call at the end was bullshit, though I can see why they'd call it as it looked like OPI in real time. Maybe it made up for the missed helmet hit on Goff during his interception.

I was lightly follwing the game online and ESPN kept putting up headlines like BRADY SPIKES THE BALL WITH FIRST TOUCHDOWN and BRADY STAGING A BIG COMEBACK. I really hope the Buccaneers keep getting boat raced because I really want the hype around that team to die as quickly as possible

Also lol that some people still believed in Adam Gase, smfh

You can say that again.
The NFL Hype Machine has always been irritating but at least teams like the Chief's and Ravens can back their shit up.
Watching pundits pick the Bucs for NFC champs just because of 43-year-old Brady made me feel like vomiting.

The Washington Football Team is the greatest name I've ever heard in sports and I unironically hope they keep it.
They won despite people thinking it would be a blowout. Imagine if they manage an 11 win season this year! (Theyre the only team not to get that in the last quarter century)

Bruce Arians is a fucking terrible phony, and always will be. His teams are undisciplined clusterfucks. That's on him. He thinks he's peddling his "hard-ass coach" bit by blaming his players for mistakes in front of the media. He's always done that massive douchebag routine. But of course, a real "hard ass coach" like Belichick is a hard-ass to his players in the film room and on the practice field, NOT in fucking press conferences. Rip your players in private, cut their ass when they screw up too much. Don't publicly sandbag them. But he's too much of a useless grandstanding clown to think that deeply about it. I really hate that prick.

Brady will be privately complaining to Gisele about Arians by Game 4, if he isn't doing it already.

I like to imagine Bill spent more time than is probably appropriate yesterday giggling over Arians publicly throwing Brady under the bus for a bad throw to Evans, after an entire offseason of the Bradysphere whining that Bill dared to disrespect a legend behind the scenes towards the end of Tom's time there.

Arians has had the entire sports media fooled for years. "QB Whisperer", my ass. I've never seen the media carry water for a guy quite like it. Hasn't won a damn thing but fills their notebooks, so he's good. Leaks and cultivates with the right people. "Oooh, The head coach on a good team got sick, and as an assistant he took over and good team still won games." That's where he earned his rep.

I knew he was some sort of evil Svengali when not only did the NFL Network produce "A Football Life" for this nobody, but a few years back during Black History Month they actually ran a piece about how much black players loooove playing for Arians.

I'll repeat that: During BHM, they did a puff piece on a white coach with black players in supporting roles talking about how wonderful he was and sucking his dick. Seriously.

Are you fucking shitting me? It was the weirdest shit I ever saw. He put something in the water, I guess. Who knows.

Lol there ain't shit that's going to happen to the NFL. There are people in this very thread talking out of both sides of their mouths- BLM and the players supporting it are so awful but ya'll still sat there and watched it. If Kiwi Farmers won't give up their handegg do you honestly think normies are? Everyone's going to sit there and guzzle nigger sperm because >muh grilling >muh sports >muh mortgage >muh don't rock the boat

You like dislike the message that the players are putting out there and still like the sport.

Don't forget last year when NFL pundits had the Browns going to the super bowl. In a division with the Ravens and Steelers. The best thing the Browns did last year was have Baker do a press conference with a pedo stache after shaving 3 times prior that day.

The absolute worst thing to be is the off-season consensus hype-pick. It's a death sentence. The media doesn't know shit.

The Browns were doomed the minute Skip Bayless fell in love with Baker Mayfield

I can't believe Daniel Jones fucked up that drive with such a dumb INT. Good effort otherwise though.
