I don't eat pizza often enough for it to be perfect yet but I've made some pretty kickass pizza with sourdough crust from my starter. Sourdough improves just about everything.

I really like adding honey to pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. Honestly tastes like heaven.
I tried assembling my own pizza a couple of times - buying all the ingredients from a supermarket including a pre-made base. Maybe its just bias but I think it tasted a lot nicer and cleaner than even the more upmarket supermarket pizza. Less preservatives and artificial crap.

I don't generally do sourdough, but if you mix up a batch of dough and just let it sit in the fridge for a week, it gets very sour-doughy.
I usually use that last part for breadsticks.

I almost gotta from 7-11 but they didn't have any. It's not great pizza anyway, it is as greasy as Pizza Hut.

There's been a weird trend of gas stations ramping up shitty new pizza campaigns near where I'm at. Both Sheetz and Wawa have been hawking their greasy slop for a month or two now. One of the guys I live with got a Wawa pizza but only made it through two slices before tapping out. I don't trust any of that.

I already don't trust 7-11's hot dog's, the pepperoni and tomato sauce probably has mold on it

Yeah, it's kinda mediocre but reasonably priced, fairly big, and they cook it fast (or have slices pre-cooked). It's just not reliable though because sometimes they're out or the Indian who speaks no English is too lazy.

I believe it's not reliable, it really just sounds like there having a war with other gas stations and hopping on the trend
