Why does everyone hate the Comedy Central seasons?
Most episodes there where written like trash, lazy, anti-humor and like a children's show. Episodes like: It's the 100th episode and lets party for no reason twice, The cat planet, The Da Vinci planet and there was even one about a children's show.

They aren't bad, they just aren't as good as the classics. Futurama ended as a consistently good show like 3 or 4 times now. I'm afraid that if they keep bringing it back, eventually we'll have an awful season that ruins the show's legacy.

I don’t see it that way, honestly Futurama maybe perhaps due to it’s shorter length is far more consistent and enjoyable show than 21st century Simpsons normally is. It’s honestly hard to think of any flat out bad and lame Futurama episodes. Barring maybe just about 2 or 3 I would say objectively are of poor quality.

We still got amazing episodes like ‘Rebirth’ the eye phone episode which was a brilliant satirical look at the The early Apple smartphone era of the 2010s. The time travel episode where fry ends up travelling through time to the universes end only for time to begin again with another
Big Bang, and of course the brilliant ‘reincarnation’ episode that had three different styles of animation with stories that looked great and insanely creative.

I never really understood the resentment to the Comedy Central Era, it was far from the shows best but I honestly say it’s better than people make it out to be and Is way better than any 2010s Simpsons episode.

Wait isn't the IPhone episode the universally disliked one where Leela has a singing zit on her ass?

The problem with the Comedy Central episodes is that that entire run was very bipolar. When the episodes are good, they're awesome such as "Reincarnation", "The Late Philip J. Fry", and "Meanwhile"

When they're bad, they're very bad such as the 2012 Apocalypse and Obama birth certificate episodes.

I used to love it as a kid, but now looking we’ll over a decade later I don’t think it’s aged very well. The film has a weird kind of ‘empty’ atmosphere to it and has a identity crisis like mixing the Golden Age with the awkwardness of some of the 2000s episodes. It’s still pretty funny on occasion, I still laugh out loud with many of the sight gags and that one great shop drawing scene. Where Bart draws on their wanted poster and by sheer coincidence those exact doodled versions of them are right behind them. But aside from that, I don’t think it’s brilliant, the plot feels kinda rehashed and the pacing drags a lot. The animation is great though. Still probably the best ‘episode’ of this century. This should’ve have been the series finale.

I always think of this scene when I think about that

I think that's due to people misremembeing his "I'm learnding line" from that episode where Lisa cheats on a test.
Well Ralph definitely saved many bad episodes with his mere presence, he along with Moleman probably have the highest comedy mileage for their screen time out of any other secondary characters. I can’t really think k of a single bad or lame Ralph line from the entire show.

Also: ME fail English!! That unpossible!!
