You will find, outside of the Thunderdome at least, if someone shows up spewing about killing trannies or Jews people negrate them and typically tell them they are dumb.

You see a lot of negative discussion about trans people here because this is one of the only places on the net you can have those conversations anymore without getting banned, so naturally its going to draw people who want to discuss it but can't elsewhere. There are left leaning people who still can have issues with certain aspects of their party lines and feel unable to discuss that outside of the website.

EDIT: It is what I've found. There are also plenty of women here who don't get told to get back in the kitchen as a response to their posts or some shit.

If you expose yourself to this kind of content and actively look for this kind of posts and posters of course you'll find it. Come to threads that are more fun and there we talk about psychology, art, religion, vidya and many more things more fun to talk about than politics.

It depends on what thread you're in and who you're talking to. A space that discusses politics isn't inherently political, either, and you're poisoning your mind by believing that politics are the crux of "important" discussion. You can see all sorts of people talking about different things, from actual trans people to diehard Republicans, and the manner of discussion remains basically the same; mostly ironic, funny things that people joke about. Go look at a video game thread or posts about articles featuring heroic feats. The same people who make jokes about "41% AGP troon niggers" will also be the people praising those who do actual good in the world, regardless of race, gender, etc. It's as apolitical as eating a bowl of rice at dinner with your partner's family. It only is if you participate in whatever topic about politics it is, otherwise it's mainly neutral.
