Silly me, I forgot that Rabies is unable to read 90% of any post that responds to him. I need to remember to keep my posts under one sentence for him to actually have the ability to respond to them in the future. You win some you lose some I guess.

I'm not saying give her a right hook. I'm saying it's like claiming you need to defend yourself from pre-teen boy. I'm pretty sure if you're a man who is decently sized, a small unarmed woman is not actually capable of physically harming you beyond a nut shot or a few scratches. The average woman is basically as strong as a 12 or 13-year-old boy.

Like yes, I know you can make a legal claim that it was self defense, whether or not the court accepts that is another issue, but my argument is Johnny is a big beefy boy and was never in any physical danger from these women, and trying to seriously claim he was in any real, physical danger just makes you look like a limp-wristed faggot. If I woman that size tried to attack me I'd probably die laughing, but then I also wouldn't be socially retarded enough to be in the situation in the first place.

Not at all, actually. The law is actually very clear on this: if you instigate a fight with shouting, threats, insults or harassment you don't have a legal claim to self-defense because you're the one who instigated the fight. One example is a case where a man accosted his neighbors playing loud music at a party and started an argument. Or the case of Michael Drejka's killing of Markels McGlockton, where Drejka was found to have used excessive force. For extra credit: these were instances of male-on-male violence, so the pussy pass is a non-factor.

Self-Defense is only applicable in cases where all other reasonable recourse is gone and the defendant did everything they could to resolve the confrontation non-violently. There was no imminent threat to Young until he instigated a fight. See also the fighting words doctrine. The ultimate rebuttal to any self-defense claim Young could make is this: if he had walked away or apologized at any point, the situation would have never escalated.

Thank you for bringing this up, though. It's talk to someone who can hold an adult conversation, rather than a maidenless manchild whose so lacking in insight or self-awareness they use a furry icon on fucking KiwiFarms of all places.
