I think it's great I just don't think there's an option for them to be pink enough. I want to see what happens when there's a sudden population explosion of Pooners and how the other Sims react to it.

Sims had an update where they added a shitton of different skin tones. Warm to cool. Light to dark. Even earlier than that they had a pink skin choice. I'm sure our kiwi can find something.

The tit scars EA added are more subtle than I expected. I expected them to added the gigantic pink zipper scars that everyone draws now.

I'm wondering now if you could mod the sound files to make the Pooner Sims say "DOOD!" as they walk around instead of the gibberish tootle speak they normally do lol.
I used to make quest mods for New Vegas and Skyrim but I've never tried to mod anything else so I wouldn't know where to start.
I do have a half (well more like 1/3rd) finished Gunt mod for New Vegas on a hard drive, if I ever finish it I'll add some Pooners, actually if I have some free time and I ever go back to Skyrim modding I might make a Pooner Companion mod.

I don't think so. Toobs or Choobs are supposedly the male version of them, but they're more directly related to Philosophy Tube, a weirdo faggot YouTuber who I just discovered the existence of, that seems to be a Contrapoints (another Troon Breadtuber) skinwalker, and also apparently his rapist if the rumor mill on that thread is correct.
It seems both these Toob/Choobs and our Pooners were created by u/babybabybaby222 on reddit, and while Toob/Choobs are fascinating in their own way, they're more parodies of one specific Troon rather than the Pooners, which have achieved meme status on their own and are now made by quite a few TiFs, who all seem to have at heart of it a fear (and knowledge) that they are themselves Pooners.
I'm not sure that there are any specific MtF Pooners, not that I've seen.
I'm actually going to revise the OP to add the info on the Pooners origin.

Good work on digging up a potential origin for these weird little creatures. I put together the OP in a hurry because I was immediately fascinated by these grotesque gremlin creatures, and the ones I could find were scattered throughout various threads, so I wanted somewhere to get them all together.
It remains a work in progress and I'll add to it as more info about them is discovered, I've added what you found about u/babybabybaby222 to the OP and credited you and the comment you pointed it out.
