I think that one day it will be over when women stop feeling shame and guilt over sex but that would require that they stop getting shamed for it first.It's super gross and sad and I really worry about where the state of milquetoast female rebellion is going to take us as a society in a few years when the younger generation of girls that watched pooners happen picks their next social contagion. I'm scared for them.
We have moved past the need for female celibacy when we invented birth control but it's going to take forever for society to catch up. I think people still care about women's body count. The "but men too!!" is dishonest, it is never brought up unprompted, only when one mentioned a woman's body count being disgusting that anyone pretend to care about the men's.
It is fundamentally unfair to shame half the population for doing things that human instinct compel them to do. Even more so that now there's no practical reason for the shaming.
