Based on some of the, uh, pictures I don't think a lot of them are on very high doses of T. Either way, the T doesn't actually stop you from getting pregnant. It might make it more difficult because you're not healthy but it isn't birth control. Many have found that out the hard way. Unless they get their tubes tied or a hysterectomy they can still get pregnant.

The worst part is what the effect of taking HRT has on the developing fetus. The resulting baby is more than likely going to be a deformed potato.
Autism. Trauma. Personality disorders. Lack of self worth.
They have extremely concrete thinking and it forces them to categorize every little thing they ever do as being either masculine or feminine, according to the warped standards and social perceptions of an autists.
The thought that you could have your (perhaps even downright "queer") tastes and preferences and just pursue them independent of any label doesn't even enter their mind at all.
They'll lament certain aspects of being a woman they loathe and not even consider that their perceptions are incorrect. Or that they need not participate.
Cultural porn brainrot also indirectly factors into this.
Try explaining to one of them that women don't have an obligation to be this or that, look perfectly clean shaven and hairless, be dainty and submissive and girly! Try explaining to one of them that the presence of a little body hair on a woman does not make a sexual interaction with a man gay. Their reasoning is staggeringly reductionist.
They have no clue how to communicate what they want, or what you should expect of them, and eventually, they have convinced themselves that giving you reasons to have "male" expectations of them solves that problem.
They have a problem in being uneasy about their body, and perceived social role, etc, and their solution is totally backwards.
Instead of focusing on what they want to do and how they can authentically express themselves, or how a potential partner ought to be... they're obsessed with what they think you expect of them at first glance. That's why they're trying to fight their body instead of just choosing the obviously easy path.

Look, I am vehemently anti-war and all as well, but can somebody explain to me how setting yourself on fire was supposed to help the Palestinians or end the Gaza conflict? Some people get shocked into reality and a healthy perspective after losing a loved one or having a health scare. Reminds me of a documentary I watched about people jumping off of bridges and surviving, they all regretted it and realized in that moment that whatever they were dealing with, this wasn’t the way to solve it.
I just needed to talk about this with someone but I didn’t want to show anyone IRL. I know what she did was incredibly stupid but my god, what a price to pay.

This totally masculine person makes (a few) errors.
First, while some people may say she trooned out because she hates women (misogyny), most would say she has internalised misogyny...that she internalized what she perceives as hatred towards women in society (porn that revolves around hurting/humiliating women, aggressive strange men she encounters) or herself being sexually traumatised as a child. Which leads her to push away from being a woman in her mind.
She also does not understand radical feminism. I don't pretend to either (I really only heard the term after I first encountered women being called terfs around 2010 or 2011.)
But according to radical feminists, the term "radical" is from the Latin radix, meaning root, meaning looking at the root cause of oppression.
Edit: After looking at more info about her, I would go with her being sexually traumatized as a child or introduced far too young to sexual material/activities.
Negating it and her past by "becoming" a man is her cope. She is now the person in power in her head

It seems that consistent use of wrong sex hormones renders almost all men permanently infertile within a year, with most well under 6 months. But this is not the case with women taking wrong sex hormones. Damage to internal organs after years or vaginal atrophy come first.
Plus, a lot of pooners take hormones long enough to get facial hair and a frog voice , then stop as those changes are pretty permanent.
Like, I doubt Kate Strangio has taken hormones in years.
