My main problem with predcatchers is the undeserved power they have over other people. Don't like someone? Just ruin their life by tricking them into a meetup and accuse them of being a pedo. No matter what they say, people will rather believe the youtuber with a million followers. All the "evidence" is easy to fake with AI.

Hell, you won't even have to do all that. Just threat your enemy with the false accusations and you'll have them under your thumb if they're weak enough.

I somewhat agree when its just text messages involved. When they actually go to the effort of doing video chats beforehand or having a decoy there and have the predator bring certain items that were previously talked about or have him engage in sexual conversation with the decoy, then I think its much less suspect. But I do always have to wonder how much you can trust the ones that don't even attempt to provide that sort of evidence. I think that Courtney ElizXbeth does a good job and like to watch her stuff sometimes.

funny you linked this because i've been going down this rabbit hole of predator catcher channels and watching these videos always give me the most mixed reaction because of personal biases and how a situation should be handled.

on one hand, i really don't give a fuck if these pedophiles get embarrassed, beaten the fuck down, or any horrible shit happens to any of them. however, the biggest feeling I get from this is "yeah but these should be taken with some type of severity because these are pedophiles that want to have sex with children."

ever since the whole EDP445 situation, it's made me more aware of channels like this. hell, i came across one today where it was a female catcher going to some wendys location into a walmart and right before they pull up to this pedophile's job, SHE SHILLS HER PATERON IN IT LOL. fine, if you want to make money off recording pedophiles that's one thing but i mean, i just wish they all went to prison and be done with it.
