He's doing gods work but the torture aspect / not letting them go even after saying they can go / coming out in a large group of super aggressive men is going to get a lot of these cases thrown out. A good defense attorney could twist this shit as entrapment and intimidation. Not to mention lie detector test arent admissible in court. This is why those orgs do the long haul when it comes to catching them. Not to mention i doubt the decoys are trained in the method to correctly catch these weirdos in chats and calls.

Just popping in to remind people Vitaly pioneered the art of faking shit for views; he was one of the OGs who hired people on to his fake prank videos to react to them. Like he'd hire people just to threaten him or hire on women to pretend he can get it up for his vids for clicks.

I've worked with children, boys and girls, teenagers as well, and even some young adults for over a decade. I know you envy me, but I do it for the love of the children, not because I want to fuck them. I'm developed enough mentally that I can, and prefer to keep up with women my age.
Anyhow, jeering aside, I can tell you it is deeply harmful, leaves these kids broken, depression is very common, suicidal ideation, lack of any self-worth (of note), consistent issues with holding onto interpersonal relationships, fear of the sex (of the abuser), risk taking behavior, self-harm, among many other behaviors that would indicate the the impact of child molestation often does so much damage that it's effects often follow these children well into adulthood.
We try our best to show them a better way; though it is not uncommon for these kids to fall into addiction, prostitution, or suicide. It's pretty gut wrenching.
One of the gals I was honored to work with was abused from the ages of 4 - 12, we got her when she was 15; was able to get her in the custody of her grandparent's, as her mother would let her boyfriends abuse the girl, and because this is America, and the "pimp" happened to be a woman, she only got... I think a year and lost custody of her child. After integrating this girl into a much healthier social environment, as well as home environment, and having people to council her. She's doing pretty well last i checked, but you never know what's in their minds, she still has issues with strangers, and can't work like a retail job, too much human interaction (especially touch) puts her on edge. While we appreciate her fortitude, genuinely such a sweet kid, it would have been really nice if she didn't grow up that way.

I wasn't paying full attention to the stream but I'm fairly certain they got the guy in cuffs because he was on probation and also had meth. I really don't think the cops were hired actors, did Vitaly buy/make a fake cop car? Is he stupid enough to impersonate an officer like that, flashing lights and all? Maybe, but I have my doubts. But yes, it's always a possibility. It seems like what he's faking with these streams is just the intimidation stuff, and I doubt that Space Jam guy would agree to a stunt that could ruin his image like this, unless they managed to find a pretty convincing look alike.
I think he's a piece of shit doing it in a half assed way entirely for the money and clout at the very least, but I'm just saying he seems to at least be getting some results with law enforcement compared to the people who just roast pedos or install a RAT on their pc to scare them. I agree that is not a legal defense, UNLESS the cops set up an underage girl in an adult's only bar. In both cases you have an adult going into places where he does not expect to meet under age people for hook ups. Morally his intentions were to meet and possibly hook up with adults, NOT children.
But you know what IS a defense. Your honor, she listed 23 on her profile in the adult dating website. Someone who barged in yelling and lying that he was the father said she was 15, and it turns out she is actually an adult. So the purported age of 15 was also a lie.
I would not be shocked if her age really is 23.
And what you are missing, is that yes, the guy did say that she told him she was 15, BECAUSE 7 SECONDS AGO the fake father asked her how old she was, and she said she was 15. Prior to that, the old guy said her profile was 23 and she told him she was 23. The answer changed, WHEN she said something different.
So yes. I STILL want to see chat logs that show she stated that she was underage prior to their meeting. Because all for all I know is he is only she said she is 15 BECAUSE she stated she was 15 5 seconds ago, when the fake father asked.

Do you happen to know of a precedent in court regarding a defense that "she was in an adult only venue" that worked out in the favor of the defendant? I don't think it would matter if the girl actually was legal or not if she told him she was a minor: intent was still to entertain some form of relation with her.
I'll take your word for it because english isn't my first language, but I still think there is some ambiguity there.

Yeah its definitely something that needs to be clarified in the interest of everyone involved. The whole thing does sound at least a little sketchy. Its also ironically eerily similar to how the shit went down when the wern went to LA to meet a 16 year old and then when confronted with the fact he was told she was 16 he reeeed claiming 'shes 23! she told me she was 23 and looks 23!' not to mention that exact scenario you describe about the clubs and expecting that everyone at certain places like that to be legal adults being one of the things he has a history of bringing up as a sort of scam on his part where its clear he knows fake ids and teens going to clubs is a thing but thinks he can hide behind the rule that everyone in such a place is supposed to be an adult if he gets busted, cause he thinks he can sniff out the underage ones and play legal technicalities if busted. Point is, its likely other pedos have a similar mindset to that and try to play technicalities and such which might include this guy trying to bs his way out of the situation. But even so he does come off as someone who at least suspected she was underage. Thats the thing about these sorts of stings, you have to be careful and very particular about how its done and what the predator knows or its going to backfire and he's going to get off and avoid prosecution
Speaking of stings by predator hunters that went very wrong, there is this, its about a year old but still a how to guide about what NOT to do:
So they lure the guy to the park, send in the decoy (who looks like a mid 30s hooker and has a hoodrat tier chest tattoo despite the fact shes supposed to be posing as a 13 year old) and eventually move in and confront him, and thats when things start to go fucky. They berate the shit out of him, try to get him to call his wife and tell her whats going on, threatening to do so themselves if he doesn't. He doesn't at first so the idiot decoy calls her and spills the beans about the fact he was just busted in the park trying to meet a 13 year old. She thinks its some mental case or someone fucking with her and hangs up, refusing to answer the decoys further attempts to call. They then threaten him into calling himself to confirm what they told her - and she goes absolutely batshit, and I mean batshit. Starts with the stuff you'd expect and quickly turns into a psychotic breakdown where she threatens to kill herself, all while they are telling her she needs to come down to the park, so before long they have her in the car threatening to kill herself and half incoherent switching between spanish and english and going mental. Note they are also recording this conversation, as a third party, which is itself illegal but note that they are also ignorant of the fact that california is a two party consent state so recording the conversation at all without both the predator and his wife knowing and agreeing to it (and being the ones to actually do it) is a crime in itself. All the while this is going on they have one guy demanding the predator 'speak english' (hes latino) in san diego of all places so a bunch of white people recording themselves telling someone, even a predator to do that sounds like an easy way to cop a hate crime charge and let the pedo walk. and they have the guy with the most issues of the group repeatedly calling 911 demanding the cops show up, despite being told its a low priority call because theres no actual victim, no minor involved, no violence, etc.... and the group doesn't like this, keep calling the non emergency number demanding to speak to whoever is in charge, leaving insulting messages to the cop sergeant on duty and generally spazzing out until they eventually do send some cops to deal with the situation. Who immediately point out that none of them did what dispatch told them to do as far as reporting it to the center for exploited children and remind them that no arrest is going to be made at the time given the circumstances and the need to review actual evidence - which they get pissy about, and then tell them they'll have to provide ID to prove who they are and for the police records (which they refuse to do and get pissy about it) and that they have to turn their personal phones over to the cops as evidence (because they were stupid enough to do all their communication and such for the sting with their own personal phones) which they flip out about because they were too stupid and unprepared to understand that the cops need the devices to verify the authenticity of the evidence, with the shit for brains decoy recording herself saying that they know what they're doing because she does this kind of thing in wisconsin....wisconsin is not california. She's too stupid to know laws are different in different states. Though even in wisconsin you'd think she'd have figured out she'd still have to turn over her devices that were used as part of the sting
and then after the video is posted and people overwhelmingly point out the insanely stupid shit they did and said they double down by insulting them in weird ways. Frankly they're lucky they didn't end up arrested themselves. Nearly driving a woman to suicide and putting the kid she had with her in danger, nearly causing a car accident, fucking with the cops and dispatch, refusing to turn over evidence, illegal recording of phone calls and general idiocy. Says alot about the kinds of people who do this sort of thing

In short they go to some apartment building to deal with some old lady who was being used as part of a scam. She has no idea who they are or that they're coming and is clearly not entirely all there anymore mentally. They get into the building by telling her they are there to deliver a package to her (which is a scam package and could get them into serious legal problems for impersonating people involved in mail delivery. Don't fuck with the feds on that one, they should know better) So they go up and deal with the situation and on their way out the building manager sees these guys and cameras and all that - who he has never seen before obviously, with her and naturally wants to know wtf is going on. So he confronts them and asks why they are there. Instead of explaining themselves and the situation properly they make up a weird excuse about how they totally have to leave and catch a flight right fucking now while giving him some half assed tldr about her getting scammed and try to leave the building. This makes him suspicious so he follows them out to their car, which they do not appreciate and start getting confrontational and aggressive. Accusing him of being a drunk (despite him pointing out his shaking and shit is a medical condition) which naturally makes him even more suspicious as one moment they're acting super nice to the old lady and the next spazzing out at him for asking questions and wondering whats going on. So being private property and him being the building manager he calls the cops to send someone down to confirm just what the fuck these people are doing and who they are and detains them on said private property until the police arrive to confirm they are not criminals trying to exploit a resident and running the moment he started asking questions. They go batshit over this, start accusing him of trying to kidnap them and threatening to physically assault him multiple times while belittling him for being a drunk. In other words exactly the behavior you'd expect from people who were there to scam somebody and got caught, who only got access to the building under false pretenses to begin with. Eventually he backs off thinking they are going to run him down and they take off
Imagine having the audacity to call the building manager a dirtbag for calling the cops and making you stay to find out just what you were doing in a building you illegally gained entry to to get access to an elderly resident after you fled the moment he started asking questions. No red flags there at all
So yeah, definitely people that you want conducting undercover stings involving people in serious trouble who have nothing to lose. I mean these idiots go so far as to fly to fucking india to mess with call centers, send them glitter bombs and stupid shit like that in a third world shithole thats likely to be on the payroll of those places and lock these idiots up in some seedy indian prison at some point. Shows the kind of idiots that are attracted to doing these stings and how its frequently an excuse to fuck with people that society thinks are acceptable targets. None of them care what happens as long as they make money off of views and get famous

Yes, at minimum there is ambiguity there. We all hope someone would not accuse someone of something so horrible just for clicks and attention. But this streamer has a shitty history and arrest record.
If he is accusing the guy if knowing the old man thought she was 15, and they were running a true and honest sting operation, then they should have that evidence in the chat logs. Releasing those chat logs should not be that heavy of a burden given the seriousness of the pedo accusation. If the evidence is that good, it would clear everything up and I could actually enjoy watching a pedo get the shit beat out of him. But as it stands now, I just feel bad for a jewish hollywood director of all people.

Its in the best interests of everyone involved to release those logs and the fact they haven't at this point is starting to make me suspicious. Other groups have no problems doing that, he shouldn't either. If you're going to throw public accusations at someone of being a pedo you at least owe it to that person to be right about it and and to be able to prove it. @WonderWino My suspicion is that this low IQ streamer was so excited to get a fish on the line to do the sting on, that he did not adequately check the chat log to ensure it matched the pedo accusation they wanted to spring on him. And that meat head was too excited for the clicks and attention to care.
