The modal that appears when you click the PM button is very crowded, especially when a PM chain has a lot of participants. I'm not clear what the value of showing everyone involved is, it would probably be sufficient to simply have chat titles in this list.
See this example where there are so many people in the PM you have to scroll in the modal to get past it:
I have been using a ubo filter to hide the participants, but it's not a super accurate filter and might break other content on the site. That said, it shows what in my opinion would be a nicer PM listing.
