A depressant as a workout aid? It would definitely work for sleep, I have pretty horrible insomnia and I might actually look into that. But how would it be ergogenic? I'm actually pretty curious.
yeah, weight lifters used it a ton in the 80's because it created natural growth hormone while you slept.

Oh, that seems interesting. It probably helps clear cortisol after workout strain as-well then. I use this every night, but I still have like one night every week where sleep is just impossible.

Micro doses of mushrooms are very helpful with depression.

Not really a substance. But If you can raise your own chickens, taking care of them helps a ton with your mood. I like to spend time with my mom taking care of our chickens and we both found that it really helps with our mental health.

I have tried cbd and it does fucking nothing in my experience. However, THC is tremendously helpful for joint pain. Getting high is fun, but you can also get thc lotion which doesn't get you high but still helps. I also find that thc does have a positive effect on my mood and it helps with anxiety as long as I don't over do it.

If you have social anxiety, a small amount of weed is also better to loosen you up than alcohol. I also find that thc is way less psychoactive than alcohol. The first few times you smoke you will be fucking blasted, but if you smoke weed a few times a month, packing a small bowl or takin two hits off a dab cart isn't going to get you that fucked up.

Cigarettes are really unhealthy and addictive. But I have had very violent fucked up scary intrusive thoughts since I was a teenager and smoking cigarettes is literally the only thing that has made it go away, its also pretty enjoyable too. Do that at your own risk.
 
Cigar smoking in moderation with the right set and setting worked wonders for me for a while. I pretty much eased myself off drinking. I went some six weeks without a drink of alcohol at all and was down notably for months before that. I did have a bottle of merlot recently and I didn't really enjoy it. I mostly just sat there and felt dissatisfied with how shitty it felt to have my brain fogged up; cigars do the opposite, letting thoughts run faster but cleaner, think better but in a peaceful and relaxed state while doing so.

But I must be too stupid to do it right or something because it fucks my throat up, and I've cut back on it and ought to cut back more. Or cut it out. I don't really get the big benefits from it I was, either. If I'm not already mentally primed for a state of wonder/rapture it's not going to happen just because I suck in a bunch of nicotine.

I keep meaning to try breathing exercises, but I always put it off.

Playing with your cat is better self-medication than anything anyways.
 
BPC-157 healed a torn rotator cuff and partially healed a torn labrum for me. If I could find some TD500 at a reasonable price I could probably fix the labrum too.

Shrooms are quite excellent for medicinal and recreational purposes. But be aware of what kind of dosage you should use for each. Not to mention be sure to approach shrooms with a due respect. I've been able to solo trip 3 times in 1 week (relatively low doses) with 1.5 grams being the highest I took.


After said trips I actually fully stopped having nicotine cravings and got a bucket of energy for my certification studies ( getting into IT/Cyber security). I started being proactive in my life instead of reactive.

Shrooms are fun! They'll be a great check point for those who wish to improve.


My personal tip is that shrooms feel great when you exercise regularly and take them when you're having a decent time in your general life. Really does help!
 
They talk about vitamins and such shit all the time at work, and so far we've had 3 people actively poisoning themselves with the drugs.

I hate to be vegan about fasting but god damn, people just need to regulate their lives a bit to avoid all these chinese medicine ahh solutions.

I dont microdose very often anymore because one time I accidentally took too much and started tripping fuckin balls while trying to code.

I've been feeling much better since I started taking vitamin D+K2, vitamins B and E, Magnesium( citrate ) and Coenzyme Q10.

Occasionally, however, when things become really fucking unbearable anxiety-wise, I take some bromazepam. Been doing great strides in dealing with anxiety and disruptive thoughts, yet sometimes it hits in the worst possible moments and 3-6mg bromazepam fixes it nicely.
Can't recommend it for self-medicating because benzos aren't something to fool around with and abusing them is exceptionally dangerous. Even when not abused, taking them regularly for prolonged periods of time not only creates crippling addiction but also damages the brain.

If you can deal with anxiety most of the time and only occasionally need a crutch - it's great. I don't drink anymore, don't smoke weed because it's illegal here and I don't know any dealers because am getting too old for that shit. Plus, when crippling anxiety hits me out of nowhere in the middle of the day I can't just smoke some weed on the office balcony or pour some whiskey in my coffee. So this is what works for me.
But again. if you take it often or too much you're gonna be sorry. From what I've read benzos are the worst thing you can get addicted to. Never take it too often, never take too much, and never rely on it.

You can also try getting 1 or 2 hours of some sun a day. I usually get about an hour a day when im out in the backyard with the dogs as I pick weeds or whatever.

Do semen retention as well. Blasting it to some random thot or worse, pixels on a screen is making you week and retarded which is what the scheming happy merchant wants.

Exercise. I lift 3 times a day. The other 2 im running on a treadmill.

This is something ive only been trying for a few weeks but try eating some raw eggs for the test boost. Im eating 2 a day right now.

Drinking your own piss. Yes I know what your thinking normie. I thought the same things too. After a while of seeing some anons talk about how they use there piss to wash there hands and that one snake juice guy telling his viewers to drink there piss I decided to do some research on it

They call it urine therapy. From what I remember reading from some article, the kidneys will filter out all the bad stuff and all your left with is vitamins or whatever which you can re introduce to your body via drinking it. The article mentions the best time to drink it to be in the morning after waking up. It also mentions that you shouldn't drink urine if your taking drugs, prescription or whatever else you might be on or if your diet is real bad like you're eating too much goyslop.

I also bathe in the stuff and used it for other things like ear infections, foot fungus, insect bites and it worked great. Give it a try you fucking normie. You wont be spending a cent on whatever poisounous horse crap youre buying now at the store from (((them)))

Were you going injections or oral with the bpc-157? just fucked my shoulder up yesterday and found out about this stuff while looking online. thought it was a scam but if it worked for a kiwi i am willing to give it a shot
 
Posting what I put in the noob-tropics thread because there are no shortcuts in life and drugs will fuck you one way or another no matter what you try to do:

My honest advice is to stop popping pills and look at your diet. When I eat a clean diet with a variety of different fruits and vegetables and high in protein (turkey or beef), no coffee, no alcohol, I feel my best and have plenty of energy to get by with six hours of solid sleep. Unfortunately I really like coffee and alcohol so I’m not usually at my best but since I’m retired now that’s fine.
