@LyteSydeByll has pointed out he'd taken time off this very same three days last year.

It was similarly pointed out in the "Kat Speculation" thread that Phil's scheduled time off around Kat's birthday in the past.

What had happened in mid-May that Phil would wanna celebrate the anniversary of with Kat? Leanna's panic attack was on May 14, 2017. According to Phil, the couple had been essentially separated already. The last time we'd hear of Leanna would be four days later. Two weeks after that we have Phil and Kat's first public interaction, via Twitter.

Phil'd ramped up the E-Begging hard recently, claiming that his account's been overdrawn twice, that his Twitch money actually won't arrive until the next few days, and that it'll be low because of his week's absence for the Connecticut wedding (taken from @N0thingICanDo's post here).

Surprise! After not being able "to talk at all", being "barley able to stay conscious," and terrible fever dreams, this "minor cold" dissipated over the course of the night.

Phil related during his return Pre-Stream that "all throughout" Tuesday, he was in "sharp, excrutiating pain." By Wednesday morning, he "was unable to talk":

"I actually ended going to sleep for twelve hours - well, I say that, but I was in bed for twelve straight hours. I definitely didn't sleep for twelve straight hours. In fact, I had some pretty delirious - uh - fever dreams. I had this weird dreams that my legs were all swollen up, and they were in bulbous patches, and they were all painful, and shit. Like, I had some really weird, fucked up dreams while I had - you know - a fever..."

Getting up Wednesday afternoon, Phil felt "really, absolute fuck'n miserable" all day. By the night, his nose began to clog up.

But now his sore throat "is completely, 100% gone". This was "a minor cold".

After that review of his symptoms, Phil launched into this angry tirade aimed at us "idiotic morons" and "circle-jerking idiots" who "went back a year on Twitter" to find a pattern in his days off

All of his supposed financial situations throughout the years have only come from his mouth with absolute zero proof. How many times has he said he was going to lose his house yet he still has it? How many times has he said he can't pay his bills yet has never had ANYTHING cut off for late payment? How many times has he cried that his account is overdrawn yet buys a game that same day? Still takes the day off every week to go out with Kat, which means eating out 2 or 3 meals that day, trip to the mall, who knows what else they do because he has said they go out in the morning and don't get back until night time. Back on topic I think maybe the dates being the same is probably just a coinky dink. Maybe Kat got her tax refund back + twitch payment = mini vacay who knows. If he really is sick then it's possible it's a sinus infection instead of a cold, especially this time of year. If so he would need to see a doctor for antibiotics. My bet is on the vacay tho, he didn't sound too sick during Minecraft so most likely faking it.

Streamers, singers, actors - all jobs that rely on projecting your voice somewhat where people can learn warm-ups and stamina training to have your voice last over long periods of time (whether that means hours, days or months), so I have a bit of sympathy for people doing this job where they're dependant on a single bodily function like this.

But yeah, not only does DSP not look into protecting his voice so he can get the most out of it, he's actively destroying it with alcohol and lack of sleep amongst other things. He also makes it hard to believe his current illness (if there is one) is the life-or-death situation he's making it out to be.

People are making up lies about how it is not so bad. It's really way worse than anything you could imagine. Phil is barely able to stay conscious as this virus wreaks havoc on his immune system. It's so hard to stay awake that he didn't get a lick of sleep. If you think those statements contradict each other, you are not a doctor, idiot.

You can make up wild theories that Phil is an alcoholic, he's not! Alcoholics have health issues, dood, and Phil is very healthy. The chronic night sweats, chronic fatigue, the depression, the poor memory, and lack of energy and concentration have nothing to do with his drinking.
