That artwork is downright creepy and the definition of corporate intersectionalism. A fat broad and a weird situation in bathroom with black people. Way to go EA. If I were Will Wright I'd have a stroke.
that's not very progressive of you, -100 blackrock ESG points goy.
also i'm not going to mention how they picked the sexiest body shape for a woman to have which is pear shape to put a fat chick with such lucky genetics that all her fat went into her ass, i don't really get that since most of the simmers are women with varying degrees of autism and they wouldn't feel jealous towards a body shape of fucking cartoon drawing of a fat chick no wait, i just answered my own fucking question.
the black dude singing on the bathroom with someone watching is a old joke that was niggered because i dunno.

the low texture resolution doesnt help and this is the game probably set on the highest settings. just make slightly high lods for being closer to an object and a higher texture resolution already ea.

If you thought the hair dryer was bad, then take a look at this:

They somehow manage to make clutter than looks worse than even TS1 or TS2 items.

Just for shits and giggles I fired up Sims 2 to show these off. I think these got added in some expansion pack, but still, it was an expansion pack that also added gameplay features and wasn't just a few lazy items with a price tag. Even the Stuff Packs in Sims 2 were more expansive. You got the IKEA stuff pack? You've got a shitload of new objects and even wallpapers and floors to design a house IKEA style.

EDIT: Oh yeah and some of those were straight up Z-fighting with the green highlight when moving them on the floor, just to signify how 2D those are.

Why add what people actually want, when you can (literally) scar your sims for life.

Hearing aids and glucose monitors were also added as CAS items for some reason. And those are only just for show.

As for the Infant Life Stage, it will be added in a free update on March 14, which is odd to tease for an update that will happen in 6 weeks.

The Infant Life Stage will also include this particular shirt:

And Mr. Grant "The Sims 4 is Too Cool to Have Dog Houses" Rodiek makes an appearance again, with the Project Rene discussion. I wonder what features will be conveniently omitted from TS5, just because it goes against his "ViSiOn" of the game.

I apologise if this sounds dumb but are there enough differences between the infant and toddler stages to justify adding a new life stage? I guess they wanted to have a baby stage that wasn’t tied down to a crib like newborns are?

I’m surprised they went with adding infants, I thought they'd try adding pre teens in first.

but why though? If you are transgender, wouldn't you want to have your character just be the gender you are transitioning to? I especially don't think Ftms really like to have surgical scars irl and I can't imagine they'd really want that on their characters either.

That’s what I always assumed too, and probably how most regular trans people feel.

But, you know…Twitter.

Somebody who has actual bodily dysphoria might want that. But remember: for the kinds of people calling for stuff like this, their identity is not about being a woman, it's specifically about being a "transwoman." If that sounds bizarre or unhinged to you, it's because it is.

Yeah I don't know why people still trot out the "don't they want to be a normal x" line. They don't want to be boring normalfags, the more disadvantages and disabilities they have the more special they are and the higher their place on the pyramid is.

So, Generations. Generations was already a contentious pack for people who wanted game-changing stuff (I liked it) and I can't see the stripped down version of it for Sims 4 being that good. Then again, the Sims community is basically a battered housewife at this point.

And it's effectively split up into multiple packs. Parenthood, High School Years, and now Growing Together.

And here is the trailer for the EP:

So any guesses on what will be broken this time?
