Painting Hella as an entirely sympathetic or misguided figure is not correct either. He has a nasty habit of leaking pictures to various people and of various people, including some rather intimate shots. This has led to a largely negative opinion amongst those in the know.

But Angel Mist is even willing to forgive things like leaking nudes so long as a person drops to their knees and begs for her forgiveness. She is aware that Hella keeps some questionable company and is very aware that he leaked the nudes of at least one other FSO player, but even then she will forgive.

Now we'll take a small detour and discuss a strange guy that goes by the name Sebastian A. Bennett. Special thanks to an anonymous observer to the issues outlined below for many of these screenshots. Sebastian A. Bennett, otherwise known as Seb is yet another long-time player of FreeSO and its diaspora of games. He is notable largely as an architect of lots and as a host. Over the years Seb has built many impressive and iconic locales within the game world.

His lots are actually pretty good. Seb puts a ton of time into his creations and would often be "hired" by other players to help build their lots. The problem is that Seb is a secret psychopath; if he builds it, it belongs to him and if you hire him... well, there's a pretty good chance that you also belong to him. What in the world does that possibly mean? Like most things, it starts off pretty slow and innocuously and by the time Seb starts demanding the keys for the door and your hand in sim-marriage and after weird trolls start showing up to harass you all the time it is too late and you are way too annoyed and frustrated.

Where to start... demanding and rude would be a good place. Seb likes to walk around like he is hot stuff because of his acumen as a builder. But when dealing with him in a social environment most people will find him to be abrasive and rude. Interactions with Seb are almost always one-sided and if he even bothers to talk to you at all, it is because he needs or wants something from you. Seb doesn't give anything away for free and if he dresses something up as a gift or as charity, it is a lie and part of his technique to get something out of you. He will play the long game and build up a relationship with someone over years, only to pull the rug out from underneath them for something petty or meaningless. Seen above, Seb has been kicked from Queen's Money Island by Meow (you can read more about them in the second post and their propensity to ban people) for being a jerk; he immediately runs home and bans them without consulting the owner of the lot and the person doing most of the work. After they are unbanned, Seb continues to throw a fit and effectively holds the property and its good reputation hostage until he gets what he wants. He fails at this, by the way; the owner of the lot decided it was easier to not play the game anymore than deal with Seb. Holy crap.

With that said, Seb's ability as a host has long been questionable at best. Anyone that has played the game and run into him will tell you that he spends most of his time absent, leaving his sim idle in-game while he goes off and does who-knows-what. This is a bit of a problem when he is a roommate at a popular entertainment lot or a popular service lot or really any lot that requires an active host. Self-service lots are certainly a thing, but when a lot's reputation is built around attentive service it turns into a deal-breaker pretty quickly. Even when his fellow roommates are around, Seb does the least amount of work of the bunch but expects to be treated like the savior of the realm.

Seb also likes to use the Sim Tracker to stalk his roommates and see what they are up to. While it is okay for Seb to be lazy and do nothing and let the house go to pot, he expects his roommates to be running the lot 24/7 and making sure that everything is taken care of. As if he's the one in charge or something and not just a third-string roommate with a Napoleon complex. We've got a real winner here. Understandably he was not very popular with the rest of his roommates. It probably explains why Sebastian A. Bennett never actually runs the lot himself and always tags along with another person's project, leeching off of their time and hard work.

And then we get to the part where Seb is plain and simply a psychopath. Think about what you are reading here. All of the things he "says" have to be typed and entered into the game's text chat system. Seb isn't actually talking when he says these things; he has to make an effort to write insane ramblings that are timed to match his character's actions with the goal of what? Making his roommates uncomfortable? Is he trying to put them in their place? Or is he just the kind of loser that straight-up threatens people around him in order to get them to sit down and shut up? Your guess is as good as any of ours but we're thinking a padded room might be a good place for Sebastian A. Bennett to spend his time rather than The Sims Online.

The first post in the OP has been reworked to include all of the primary Angel Mist and Kiki content and the post is literally full with no extra characters to spare. Kiki orbiters will be spun off into the second post which is mainly about general drama and the third post reworked a bit to become more of a current events area. Also need to add the Forks in the Road section back into the third post. It is a shame to move it, it fit very well in the first post but we needed the space. Fixing that first post took more effort than expected... so it is time for a holiday.

It is a pretty good soundtrack.​

We're working on a new post for the OP just for you. It is pretty ace. So far we've cobbled together a collection of pictures/selfies shared by over 50 different users for you to enjoy. Many are average enough, a few are actually good looking, a lot of them hit every branch on way down from the ugly tree and a few are just blokes in skirts. There is also a pile of text-only biographies that we are throwing in for fun seeing as the writers went through all the trouble of posting them. Putting it all in order is still going to take some time, plus there is that other post that is still being researched and written. But more content is on the horizon... eventually.

Also, a big thank you to those TSO players out there that have gone out on a limb to send us information and corrections. It represents a risk to their place in the community if they are found out, so give them a round of applause. And even with all of that said, there are people willing to come forward in public within the community to talk about the thread.


We will work harder to maintain a higher level of ethics in games journalism from here on out.
