I can't wait to listen to this podcast. A combination of video game music review show and a mental health awareness show. Where to start? How about Warthog lists all the things wrong with her fucking head. That would fill a good couple of hours.

If she's chugging melatonin by the bottle no wonder she's getting nightmares. Melatonin supplementation only helps you sleep if you are deficient in it for whatever reason. It's not a sleeping pill like Zopiclone or Ambien, which depress your central nervous system to force you under. Taking more melatonin than you need just causes sleep disturbance instead, and violent nightmares are typical of having more than you need.

I highly doubt anything the warthog or even spoony talk about is 'real' anymore. She complains about drunks and interviews, and so on. It's all in her mind. The main thing we haven't seen is spoony movin to AZ and I even kinda wonder if that's going to happen. These people are total twitter phonies. Sure they bitch a lot, but I think it's a lot of BS.

The difference in Spoony's case is that we have the court records to prove it. He's getting evicted one way or another. Spoony has to move back to Arizona or be homeless.
