Lord Kat is looking a lot healthier, I would never have recognized him. Look at what he is doing- he is turning on the camera and talking to it in an unscripted manner, usually known as a vlog. If Spoony really wanted to get back on the saddle again he could easily start vlogging, something he used to be very familiar with, and just talk about his life or Persona 4, and then work his way up to something more advanced from there. The fact that he won't even spend an hour to produce such a thing shows how little he gives a fuck.

His own boring streams are too much for him so his sped moderator has to do all the talking and try to fill up the dead air (from the couple of minutes I could stomach anyway). Miles is going to be looking after this man for life, surely he doesn't have a wife because I think she would of strongly hinted that things aren't working out by now.

I was about to post saying the same thing. Looking at the video titles on the channel it looks like he had bariatric surgery but unlike other fatty lolcows like Wings or Boogie he actually followed through and made it work. Good on him, man looks good.

At this point I’ll head on down and deep dick warthog as long as that fat bitch promises to start jogging at least a mile per day, cut that mole off her face and watch something new on YouTube instead of the same couple of videos for 20+ years.

This bitch is legit killing herself in the most slow way possible. At least burn out in glory and rape Noah after breaking into his home or something before the heart attack kills you at 35

I've followed LK pretty closely for over a decade. He may have teetered on the edge of becoming a lolcow but he never did. Why?

Back in those days he was unemployed, living in his mom's apartment, and streaming twice a day for like 8 hours. He built up a large loyal following of retards called the LordKat mafia. He lost a lot of support once he did the "Goodbye Stream" where he cried and apologized to all the people he trolled, saying he was truly sorry and regretted his actions. He ended that stream by saying out of nowhere, "your mom's box" A week later he said the whole thing was a troll and people should have known since he was like, "I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry, your mom's box."

That cut him off with a lot of his supporters who thought he really changed.

So according to his podcasts after that he was in therapy for being raped by a Catholic priest or some shit and the therapist told him to stop the Channel Awesome drama. Oddly enough, he stopped. Lolcows don't learn from their mistakes and change. LordKat did.

LK got a job helping businesses stream teleconferences. At first he overshared his work experiences since he streamed every day. He got in trouble at work. Know what he did? He stopped talking about work. This is something lolcows don't do. LK learned and changed his behavior.

LK's mom was an alcoholic. LK was drinking heavily too with several podcasts about his misadventures being drunk in New York. Falling down drunk while waiting for a train. Getting so fucked up that he got lost downtown. Podcasts about microbeers and going to breweries. Somehow he stopped drinking altogether and picking up the pieces of his life.

He was pulling his life together, got an apartment away from his toxic mother, got rid of most of his autistic 'Mafia'.

He got in a fight with some guy named Greg. There's a thread somewhere on here about it. After the great KF leak, he deleted his account.

Went from streaming 8 hours a day to a couple hours a week with his close friends. This lasted for years until they broke his claw machine and he cut them off.

Then nothing.

As far as I can tell, he did start exercising and walking but he realized that it would take years to lose like 200lbs by walking. Changing his diet wouldn't really make a difference. People who eat a normal healthy 2000 calorie diet usually stay the same weight. His best option for weight loss was surgery. He did what the doctors asked, unlike the deathfats like Amberlynn and Chantal, and etc.

LordKat hates that name and wants to just be Jason. He has a good job programming and bought a shitty cabin that he's fixing up. LK is doing what no other Channel Awesome member has ever done, he's moved on and is moving forward.

LK has apologized for sperging out about Spoony because being a gaming journalist was a dead end for him. His calling was doing whatever he does now where he's successful.

LordKat is an example of how you can change your shitty life into a prosperous life if you put in the effort.

Coincidentally, another rare (and very brief) mention of Spoony out in the wild, from a recent Escapist podcast (referring to the BETRAYAL incident).
Timestamp is around 19:30 (in case the URL doesn't come through right).

I can only think of a couple of times Yahtzee has mentioned Spoony over the years, one where he said he was a fan of Spoony from his The Thing review, and another mention where Yahtzee basically calls Spoony an asshole (can't remember the source, might have been a random blog or something).

The fact that he has a garage, a car and a slowblower that he himself said he was going to fix is sign enough that he's pretty far from being a lolcow now. Good for him. I think his Until We Win series was always the best thing on TGWTG, gaming wise.

If Miles had a backbone sure, but he’s almost as beta as Noah is. He shot one Mexican then requested to be transferred to a desk job. I mean killing someone is no easy thing to walk away from, but he basically signed up for it

You would think he would get annoyed by all the bing bing wahooing coming from Noah's room when he is trying to sleep at 2am in the morning. We saw a glimpse of how messy the kitchen was the last time he was staying at his brothers house, I imagine it is at least as bad as that now. We have seen what Miles has been reading and based on that he might believe it's okay for Noah to remain a resource taker.

It may of been mentioned already and I missed it but Spoony has a Ko-fi link under each of his streams and only 15 people have given him money that way. If you are watching the stream live you would give him money through Youtube surely, so is he hoping there is a "ahn-demand" audience that watch his streams after the fact and want to throw in some support?
