I've used https://www.youphoto.ai to some success. Pretty easy, you can include some commands to refine results, but it adds a watermark to the final image.

ChatGPT is the main one people use. It's free but there are limits to what you can do and how often you can do it

There's plenty of other AI websites that are free for simple photo manipulation, so don't feel the need to divulge all your personal info for a few laughs.

If you upload an image to ghibilify then it seems more lax. I was surprised it allowed my image dispite it being a girl in a bikini
