Out of all the Synthcels, Egad is by far the closest to being as pathetic as Synth himself and perhaps more so in certain aspects.

Synth at least has no illusions about how he presents himself as a coomer sperg who OD'd on the blackpill while Egad keeps trying to present himself as an intellectual through a veneer of flowery language and philosophical/theological references. You'd think with his love of theory and language that he would try to tackle some big topics, but instead we get vids about z-list influencers, vtubers and the latest iteration of "nothing ever happens".

He's an English major whose degree went nowhere and he's stuck making these types of vids as his only creative outlet (lest we forget the Digimon fanfic), using ChatGPT to churn them out of his slop factory alongside generic plot summaries and shitty posters.

He's nearly 40 years old while many of his age peers have strong careers, families, friends and hobbies and he's still stuck working two jobs, plus doing a seasonal gig selling Independence Day fireworks. The only community he has other than a church he probably attends with how much he rambles about "muh Christian values" (and is probably that one churchgoer who no-one wants to hang with) is joining Discord calls with guys 10-15 years younger than him and try to be "one of the boys" in spite of the considerable age gap.

As I've said before, anyone who constantly preaches about how Christian they are has something to hide, whether that be a complete lack of actual personality and/or some deep dark secrets including being closeted. We've seen with how much the gays and troons occupy his thoughts, something that surely no actual straight person would think about that much.

I think Egad's only larping as Christian in a desperate attempt to escape nihilism and find some meaning in life. Real Christian who actually tries to act Christ-like wouldn't be spending time in hedonistic activities like video games/slop pop culture, instead he would be busy with contributing to his local community or would try to start a family. In a sense I feel sorry for him, it seems like for most people nowadays, the entire point of existence becomes escaping nihilisim the best you can.
