I hope this is an okay thread. If not, I apologize.
If we post here, I think opsec is probably extra important, so obviously we shouldn't get super specific about the type of school we work at, or even the grade.

Honestly, I have no one else not at my school that I can tell that seven minutes before students were to be released to classrooms this morning, another teacher at my school decided to print a bunch of packets on our only working printer. "Oh, surely that couldn't be so bad," you think. "How many pages could that have been?"
Almost 1,000 total pages. This woman started an almost 1,000 page print job SEVEN FRIGGIN MINUTES BEFORE THE FIRST BELL.
What inane bullshit did you have to deal with today?

Every day, I have one who won't do her work, at all. She just rips it up and draws on the scraps and gives me the nastiest look when I go over there to take it up. She just throws it at my hand. The look on this little girl's face, just pure rage.
She's an unexpectedly great reader, though. She could read the ingredients of a box of Twinkies and not flinch.
 
What actually goes on in the Teacher's Lounge. Or do they even still have those.
 
I apologize to all those who are in the education field these days. You’ve basically been given an impossible task and told to do it with both hands tied behind your back.

Teach a room of black kids how to count? Teach them ethics and morals? No, you can not chastise them for chimping out. No, you can’t take phones away. Yes, the admin will sail you down the river if a parent so much as breaths at them funny.

My condolences.

None of mine because they don't do homework anyway.
But, I had a student sneak away during a break time to climb up on a railing to get to a bird's nest. When questioned about what mysterious thing he had in his hand, he took the egg he had pilfered and threw it on the ground. He then laughed at all the other students who were upset at the dead baby bird splattered on the concrete and called them all "fags", and "big backs", which is apparently a real insult, and not a "who-do-you-think-you-are-I-am" style mash up of a "fat ass" and "wet back".

Asides having to tard wrangle two special needs kids, i have to nigger wrangle some black kid that is seriously pissing me out. He's lazy and disrespectful towards his colleagues, me and the chef. And you can't even say it's a socio-economic thing. He looks adopted judging by his white family, and no poor kid has access to the classes at the institute i volunteer at

I wish i could just chuck this niglet into the C-MAX, set it to 400C and go home
