A little more blunt and less verbose than its contemporary version, but otherwise not that different, right? So what's the twist? The Medieval version of the TOTAL NIGGER DEATH copypasta isn't actually directed at niggers, but rather at the other n-word; the nations, also known as the goyim. This term does not simply refer to Christians alone, but rather to all non-Jews. TOTAL GOYIM DEATH was a central motif of two piyyutim (Jewish liturgical poetry) written by Kalonymus ben Juddah, an early 12th century Rabbi from Mainz, which were recited on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in Judaism.

In Yuval's book, only a sample of the full-length copypasta is given and the quoted source where one could hope to read the entire text is unfortunately in Hebrew. I had no luck finding it although I didn't look very hard at all as I assumed it's simply locked away in some for-Chosen-eyes-only archive on the Internet, if it even exists in a digital version at all. Simply googling the first piyyut, Ha-goyim efes, leads to a Setheby's auction of a manuscript called Luzzatto High Holiday Mahzor, which was created around two centuries after the two above-mentioned piyyutim and contains liturgy for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
If one were to get a hold of it, surely the full-length version of TOTAL GOYIM DEATH could finally be recovered... Not so fast, goy! Make sure to read the CENSHORSHIP section first!

Oh well, guess we'll never know what the original version of the famous copypasta was like in its entirety. The Jews win again.
On a side note, what was the population of the enjoyers of said copypasta, the Ashkenazim of the Middle Ages, like?

The Ashkenazi Jewish (AJ) population is a genetic isolate close to European and Middle Eastern groups, with genetic diversity patterns conducive to disease mapping. Here we report high-depth sequencing of 128 complete genomes of AJ controls. Compared with European samples, our AJ panel has 47% more novel variants per genome and is eightfold more effective at filtering benign variants out of AJ clinical genomes. Our panel improves imputation accuracy for AJ SNP arrays by 28%, and covers at least one haplotype in ≈67% of any AJ genome with long, identical-by-descent segments. Reconstruction of recent AJ history from such segments confirms a recent bottleneck of merely ≈350 individuals. Modelling of ancient histories for AJ and European populations using their joint allele frequency spectrum determines AJ to be an even admixture of European and likely Middle Eastern origins. We date the split between the two ancestral populations to ≈12–25 Kyr, suggesting a predominantly Near Eastern source for the repopulation of Europe after the Last Glacial Maximum.

A population bottleneck of mere hundreds of individuals, as old as the subject of this thread itself, from which the entirety of today's population of Ashkenazim, in the millions, has sprung. The same Ashkenazim which are overrepresented by hundreds if not thousands of percent, relative to their total share of population, in any and all western institutions, from the academia, to the finances, to the media, to medicine, to the government, and others. As to what there beliefs were when they numbered in the hundreds over nine centuries ago, I'll once again quote Yuval:

What there beliefs are today, remains a mystery...
