The only answer is to git gud. You can memorize the patterns and the wiki offers tips for specific spell cards.

I had no idea this was a bullet hell series.
Years ago, I remember seeing that there was a lot of porn of touho project, but I assumed it was the usual waifu harem anime.
It looks interesting, but not a fan of the kawaii girls in my vgs.
 
I've been playing Touhou since last year but I fell in love with it pretty fast. I remember watching the Bad Apple video back in 2012 and I was surprised when I found out it's from a Touhou doujin circle.

My favorite 'hu-s(?) are The Scarlet Sisters, I enjoy vampires to certain degree which is why Yoshika Miyako is also my favorite 2hu (non-european vampires are fun and surprisingly spoopy)
