If there's anything we learned from these people it's "Damned if you like lolis, damned if you A-log lolis." Showing high levels of affection or aggression towards this art genre is like a litmus test to see what kind of people are pedos or not with the passing answer being to favor neither side with too much investment.
Also I don't really expect the common twitter user to do the right thing when posessing evidence of real life questionable behavior. The first thing they'll do is post it publicly first just to get an angry mob on their side, then wonder why their tactic didn't secure an arrest or conviction.
That's about right, yeah.
Long story short: if you have a weird but 100% legal kink, keep it private. Share it with close friends if you really want to. Go to specialized websites if that's your thing, and don't link your activity there to your wider online identity. But whatever you do, don't sperg out about it in public if you "feel attacked". No one cares and no one wants to know what you're into. The people who do are in those specialized sites I mentioned. Keep your fucking degeneracy contained and out of sight, like a normal person.
On the flip side: if you're completely and utterly
disgusted by a 100% legal kink, same deal. Keep it private and don't sperg out about it in public. Avoid that content. Block the relevant tags in whatever place you visit for your
completely-normal-I-swear-I-don't-even-know-what-sadpanda-is porn. Answer concisely ("I don't like it, I find it disgusting") if asked about it. Going out there full of piss and vinegar and confronting degenerates online is not going to help
anyone. You'll look like a tryhard trying to hide something, they won't stop doing whatever you don't like them to do just because
you told them to, and you're eventually going to develop high blood pressure from arguing with speds on the internet about pixels on a screen. Screaming "BAN THIS SICK FILTH" will only drive people underground. And after that... yeah, they're out of your sight... but you know damn well they'll
never be out of your mind.
And if you're completely and utterly convinced that the 100% legal kink is actually
illegal and you absolutely
must bring a degenerate to justice, yet again... keep it private and don't sperg out. Do your research on what legally counts as evidence. If you don't have evidence,
don't interact: wait until you find something publicly available, then archive it. And if you do find solid evidence of illegal behavior,
call the fucking cops. Confronting people online over potentially illegal content is at least going make them defensive and careful, and at most cause them to DFE. Neither of which will help the relevant authorities catch the perv.
Of course, neither side on this stupid argument has a pair of braincells to rub together among them so all that advice falls on deaf ears. The lolicons will keep being creeps in public, the crusaders will keep flying off the handle at any cup smaller than C, and this thread will keep on having new content.
