Isn't this guy the co-founder of Wikipedia? I thought he was all about freedom of expression, whatever happened to that?
If I recall, he once tried to take down several pages on Wikipedia (I think the lolicon page was actually one of them) but failed miserably after Wikipedia's legal team had to tell him that educating people about potentially illegal things is not grounds to take them down and none of them had any images that could legally be considered obscene regardless.
According to his Wikipedia page he felt he was doing a "civic duty" to report these images:

So apparently Cecil McFly went on a tirade against lolicons which ended up getting her account suspended. Probably for inciting harassment and saying they "deserve a noose".

Her account also got suspended, I assume this was due to several people reporting her for inciting harassment.
I feel like there is some context missing here because there had to have been a reason she went off the rails against them but even if she did it wouldn't justify telling a group they deserve harassment even if they are being retarded.

She was replying to some guy called Sen who got catfished a while ago by an adult man pretending to be a barely eighteen year old girl named "Kitty". You can read more about it here but to break it down for you; Sen got popular during the early days of Weeb Wars, got a bunch of nudes from women including Kitty, ends up doing some loli roleplay with Kitty on discord.
Kitty aka Jared was possibly using nudes of real teenage girls to keep up his façade of being a "cutsey lil anime gamer girl" and when he was caught he gave an excuse saying he was trans. Now the thing that people seemed to focus on was the cringy loli roleplay instead of him spreading nudes of underaged girls.

It's possible he may have been getting nudes from minors as well, but yes a grown ass man was pretending to be jailbait and several people fell for it.
