Secondly, he has acute dementia stemming from years of drug use. He admits that he forgets why he calls in the first place a lot of the time. His recordkeeping is on par with his cleanliness; that is to say, non-existent. He lives in filth, gets butthurt and screams at cops to rescue him. Ultimately, he believes wasting the cops time and impotently threatening individuals with civil and criminal litigation is mutually exclusive, resulting in some kind of "win" in his piece of shit brain.

He legitimately doesn't realize we laugh our asses off at him for having autism and constantly making the same stupid mistakes ad nauseaum, ad infinitum.
