They're highly looked down upon in Japan and are routinely mocked in all forms of media, even in anime lol. Strange how he was not in New York City for New Year's which is when he is normally in Hokkaido even though it's gold-digger Yaya's fault he canceled his Hokkaido trip when he still spends $3,000/year on anime.

I wonder if most his anime are Japanese imports, which I'd actually White Knight him for supporting the industry and because American releases usually suck these days. However, the bulk of that three grand is more likely "statues," obscure doujinshi, and loli onaholes with their respective bottles of lube.

EDIT: It appears he mostly bought American, especially bargain bin quality Sentai Filmworks and FUNimation releases, circa 2013. $500 is a fair estimate for everything, so unless now he spends like I said, I assume $3,000 is what it takes to keep his "girlfriend" in check.

Yeah, but I highly doubt he legally purchased Boku no Pico which contradicts his deeply held belief that he should support the anime industry. He's nothing but a hypocrite, really.
