While that is true it's not just the revenge porn. I have no doubt he has real CP since he has talked about having had looked at it. Even if neither of those were true setting up a distribution network is one of those things that gets you picked up by the feds instead of the local cops sooner or later. Also he is trying to have sexual conversations with minors and has been for a long time via the internet. He has been baited and recorded, although this recording can't be submitted a evidence bc of the way it was obtained. He will get caught sooner or later.

TBH I don't really care I'll keep doing this until he comes on youtube and defends himself in video format or gets scooped up by the cops, I get my lulz either way so I'll leave it up to him. Only under certain circumstances. They tried to make it completely illegal like it is in many western European countries and Canada, but it was struck down as unconstitutional, IIRC.

Actually, the constitutional challenge was on a law from the 90's that was overboard in that it allowed for any image that looked like it could be a child to be considered DP, this happened in 2002. In 2003 the PROTECT act was signed into law which covered this under the code sections I referenced. There has been no constitutional challenge on this. The first case plead guilty and it has been tacked on as additional charged in other cases. However, if you read how the 2002 finding resulted in striking the predecessor law down you will find that it was specifically rewritten in a way that is prohibitive to a constitutional challenge.

If you actually want to get him arrested though you need to report his distribution to IC3, probably repeatedly.

Lol read USC 18 sec 1466A which is what he'd be charged with the affirmative defense (i believe sub-section (d)) is that immediately after it was accessed it was reported to the police (which I did) and less than 3 such images have been accessed. That's meant to protect people who report the crime, not be a defense for pedos.

The reason why he hasn't been arrested is that the feds have jurisdiction on this, not his local PD, it's a federal offense. He could just be being monitored for later pickup along with some of his friends.

my mistake, I meant the defense in sub section (e) there is only one affirmative defense with narrow rules.. Akemi would get charged with both (a) and (b) violations, his only chance would be to reduce the charges to 6 months if he can beat the sub sec (b) charges. This would be easier for him if he didn't have priors (assuming here but it's not hard to look).

Correct, they will nail him for that and like with others they will add the lolicon charges after the fact to try to add time to his sentence.

The distribution network thing is kind of obvious, why else would he run so many lolicon accounts and try to find ways to upload as much content as possible with minimal effort, like twitter? Why else would he attack other major lolicon networks as pedo networks while lauding others for what is the cartoon equivalent of HCP? Also I figure he still probably needs 2-3k per month for him and Yaya for all living expenses. 500-800 for a shit apartment, 1.5-2.2 for food, utilities and other necessities. like their phones and internet.

You can only donate plasma roughly twice in three weeks, I assume she has a job (although probably not bc she seems so under educated) so that would be minimum wage at best. Then he probably gets a few hundred a month from his grand mother, unless she is pretty well off handling the rest of hsi bill is out of her reach. he otherwise has a paypal and takes bitcoins. Yet he seems to have discretionary income. How? Is he skipping meals (probably), he is so active on social media that it is clear he has no job?
