I was talking to someone about this in another thread and it's probably a regional thing, but hopefully all of you have experienced the joy and flavour of a walking taco.
A walking taco is typically served from a bar, a fair, roach coach, carnival or anywhere else that they just want to give you something quick to eat for a few bucks.
It's when you take a bag of fritos or doritos, smash them down and add taco meat, cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, sour cream, pretty much all the ingredients that you could think of for an amazing taco. Then they shake the bag up, put a fork in and hand it to you. When you're done delighting your taste buds you just throw the plastic fork and bag into the bin.
For about $4 dollars you get handed this bad boy
They are just a cheap, easy, hassle free bag of deliciousness and I love them. The best part about them is anybody can make them from home.
Personally, I prefer fritos but most people that aren't from the southwest seem to prefer cheese doritos instead.
