I just installed Windows 11, it took me couple minutes to manually remove the Onedrive/Cortana/Copilot/MS Store bullshit from it and from the Edge browser.
Drivers installed instantly at the background, zero crash or freeze anywhere, no workarounds are required for anything.
It also looks beautiful and from here it will just work for as long as I want.

God I wish I had ads like candy crush when I installed Windows 10, instead all I got was an office tile that I right clicked removed and never saw again. Where are my fucking ads Bill Gates this is a scam.

Almost like those scripts simply just do that for you and then turn a bunch of services you don't know off so when windows does break I can't tell if it was windows or the scripts fault but I'll blame windows because a man on GitHub disabling things on my computer can do no wrong.

No but actually it's for the greater good because Microsoft is literally spying on me 24/7 they are sending full clones of my HDD back to HQ! I NEED ALL DATA COLLECTION (and other unrelated services) TURNED OFF.

oh god i hate that. many sites including this one don't like jfif so i always have to rename the files. already if you download a picture from bing or image creator there's a good chance it will be jfif

Renaming them might not work. I have a browser extension that allows me to save webp and JFIF images as PNGs with a right click.

Diablo 4 runs fine on my system, which has Windows 10 LTSC version 21H2. If you are still running version 1809 or older, I wouldn't be surprised there are problems running games since that build is over 5 years old at this point. If you have version 21H2, my first guess is your video driver probably need to be manually updated to a newer version. Windows LTSC doesn't like to auto update drivers as often as other versions of Windows.

I really like Windows 10 LTSC as a gaming platform but it does have some quirks, most of which have been covered in the Windows 10 LTSC for gaming thread.
 
Anyone going to mention the global shutdown of any windows computer with crowdstrike antivirus on it? Banks, trains, media companies are down worldwide.

Reckon it's related to them sacking their entire DEI team yesterday?

I know CrowdStrike is the source of the issue, but might've been a ploy by a Windows dev to shit up drivers
 
it seems the azure outage is due to the crowdstrike virtual machines being stuck in a reboot loop which is an unusually high load on the cloud.
