I sympathize with Windows users who are sick of Linuxfags. Perhaps the one thing I despise most about Linux is those retards in the community who can setup Arch blindfolded but can't comprehend the simple fact that the only thing that matters is whether the user's needs are being met. And that can mean the unthinkable to these faggots: that Windows might be the better option. (Some of them even blatently gaslight people with shit that isn't true. I'm looking at you GIMPniggers pushing your trashfire PoS on Photoshop users. GIMP cannot do a lot of the shit Photoshop does. You know it, I know it, everybody knows it, now shut the fuck up.)
They really are trannies in that respect: They truly and completely believe in Their Truth, and the fact that Their Truth doesn't in reality suit or help other people is completely incomprehensible to them. They never ask what a person actually wants from their system and just relentlessly consentaccident their girldick down your throat and make excuses and call you a Linuxphobe when you tell them it isn't helpful or appreciated. Linuxniggers pushing Linux as an "obvious cureall" is like Keffals pushing bathtub troonshine on confused little boys because "transitioning makes everything better just trust me".

Linux is not for everyone. Switching to Linux can create more problems than it solves. Some things are more difficult to do on Linux than Windows.
Never listen to trannies who tell you they really are a Reel Wamen, and never listen to Linuxniggers who tell you to "JuSt UsE lInUx" when they don't know shit about your setup and they obviously don't give a fuck about your individual needs and desires. You can start with the ones rating this post Dumb and MATI. (Or Deviant. :tomgirl:)

It's why the PC I'm building is just going full Windows 11. For one, I already like it on my laptop. Two, the Linux fags aren't trashing my brand new PC. Ive seen the trouble Josh has had on his streams. He's now with Windows because it WORKS. That's all that matters. Surfs the internet, uses common software, plays vidya. All I need. I don't need pure autism.

I moved back to Windows after realizing that Linux just isn’t convenient enough. Desktop stutters are also horrendous as well. It’s better to debloat/remove the telemetry bullshit in windows than to fully move over to Arch.

Reminds me of this greentext:

Imagine that after all those years in development, GIMP 3 releases and drawing a circle will still involve four steps instead of a single tool, just as the GNU school of UX says it should be. It's still good for more technical image work though.

As for my suggestions on how to get a good baseline Windows experience:
1) Install Windows 11 Education as it doesn't come pre-installed with most superfluous bloat by default.
2) Use Microsoft Activation Scripts to spoof the license key, because let's be fair, you're not gonna pay for Windows and neither will I. Not like MS cares anyway, there's a reason it's still up on GitHub.
3) Use Chris Titus' WinUtil script to do the right amount of debloat and apply some extra tweaks, such as forcing Windows Update to only focus on security updates and delay all the feature updates for as long as possible, eradicate Edge, remove the new shitty slapped on context menu, add the Ultimate Performance power profile which you should apply afterwards, and some other additions.

This should be enough to have a good baseline. No need for excessive tutorials telling to tweak this and that, there's not much you can do to magically gain more FPS. All of those "optimization guides" are garbage and won't do much good, sometimes what they suggest is downright dangerous, such as completely removing Defender and Update, because fuck having security on the most targeted OS in the world, it's just unnecessary bloat!

Now, some software suggestions to further tweak and improve your Windows experience:
ExplorerPatcher - Not the most stable project, but (at least for now) it can bring back the old Windows 10 taskbar, so you can then use 7+ Taskbar Tweaker and Open-Shell to have a sane taskbar.
Windhawk - Software designed to inject code into processes to modify their behavior. Includes plenty of tweaks to the Win11 taskbar if you wish to use it.
Everything - This will be your main file search, leagues better than whatever the fuck MS still offers by default. Index all your shit and look it up in an instant, that's the way to roll.
Bulk Crap Uninstaller - You can use it to additionally remove any extra useless Windows apps or other things that still remain post-install. It's a pretty powerful uninstaller.
K-Lite Codec Pack - Codecs for everything you need, thumbnail shell extensions and MPC-HC for all your media viewing needs. Yes, you'll still want a codec pack like this, trust me.
XnViewMP - A good and universal image browser, IMO better than IrfanView. Another better alternative to whatever is pre-installed by MS.
System Informer - Task manager on steroids, better than Process Explorer from the fantastic Microsoft Sysinternals toolset.
PowerToys - A lot of nice and useful tweaks and tools, including PowerToys Run, which is one of many keyboard launchers that are just better than the start menu. Personally I prefer Keypirinha for that though.
Rainmeter - The Holy Grail of desktop ricing since 2001.
FanControl - Does what it says on the tin.

I think those are the most important suggestions. Something to further rectify the baseline Windows experience, better replacements for the most important functions, and some entry point tools for power users. I could make more suggestions but I think I already stretched it with Windhawk, System Informer and Keypirinha.

Oh yeah, if you're looking for a good place to find and compare software, go to AlternativeTo. It's the best info repository on this stuff.

I use way more autistic bullshit than that, like Total Commander which is only indispensable for me because I have years of experience with it so I know how to customize and use it to do everything more efficiently, or a custom AutoHotkey script to easily add useful macros. Two amazing tools that have no good alternative under Linux.

It's his fault for using Arch, the troon distro that just 41%'s itself at random. And also for using a 4090 with Linux because Nvidia hates Linux.

I'm happiest with Linux, and wouldn't consider Windows 11 under any circumstances. I made the final push to switch when Windows 8.1 still had 4 years of support left, because I knew from experience that Windows 10 was never going to work for me, and that Windows was all downhill from there. I couldn't have been more right. Nobody was telling me to switch, it was 100% self-driven.

I also recommend people just stick with Windows if they're curious about Linux. It has a built-in Linux sandbox where they can satisfy their curiosity. If they feel they need more than WSL offers, they're probably already trying Linux distros on their own anyway.

When would that ever have a use in Windows? Was "run as administrator" not enough options or some shit?
I could be wrong, but when I used to use Windows 8.1, if I were working on the command line and needed to elevate privileges, I needed to right-click CMD.exe (or a shortcut to it) and click "Run as Administrator" which would give me a new prompt with elevated privileges.

On Linux (or any system with sudo), I just put sudo in front of the command I want to run and it's running with elevated privileges. Or I can run sudo su to get a root shell, all without having to open another terminal emulator or right-clicking anything.

Now, maybe Powershell can do this already. I dunno, I'm not sure because I've never used it.

If you need to run something from the command line, it's very useful to be able to elevate on-demand as opposed to having to run the entire shell as an Admin. There's already a third-party program called gsudo that can do this.

I recommend the LAVFilters project over the K-Lite Pack, but it's a matter of preference I guess.
Also, since you mentioned Everything and PowerToys, I recommend EverythingPowerToys, which connects PowerToys Run to Everything search.
Lastly, I strongly recommend WingetUI, it's basically a unified package manager for Windows. You can install things from Winget (the official Windows package manager that has a surprising amount of the software you would want), plus third party package managers like Chocolatey and Scoop.

When I saw this and checked it out you should've mentioned it was better than Process Hacker (and a fork?)
I think it is the Process Hacker project, just renamed for some reason.

It is Process Hacker, developed by the same people. They changed the name because 1) the name "Process Hacker" isn't great when people want to use it at work in IT security and have to explain why it's not a virus because of it's name and 2) they got picked up by some company so that the binaries can be finally signed, minimizing the amounts of time Windows Defender cries that it's a virus because it has a full PE debugger and more and it doesn't trust it because it's unsigned. Process Hacker has been discontinued in the name of System Informer.

K-Lite has those, along other useful additions, like a more efficient thumbnail shell extension and MPC-HC which is properly pre-configured by default. It's generally better to go with K-Lite, because it's a single installation and you're all set.

Krita is great but it's specifically aimed at digital painters and not intended to be a PS equivalent.
Yeah, it's very specifically meant for digital painting with a drawing tablet. PS, much like most of Adobe's software, is meant to be this powerful AIO solution, and truth be told, a lot of things can only be done in Photoshop, hence why I keep a m0nkrus copy installed on my system.

Personally I like paint.net for general quick work the most. It's what I think GIMP would be if GIMP wasn't designed by GNU muppets that have zero idea about how to do UI/UX. Not that GIMP doesn't find it's uses, but when I have to whip it out it's something very specific. Which is understandable given it's made by GNUtards that don't understand what an artist wants from image editing software, so it's designed for programmers that want to edit resources and shit like that, and it does it's job in that regard.

See that's another issue, I want Nvidia damn it. Every build I've done for others has worked great with it. I don't need a troon OS that can't handle team green.

Nvidia will work pretty well so long as you avoid wayland and don't use the rolling meme.
Arch will neck itself regardless of GPU, I have no idea why anyone takes it seriously, in the age of flatpak I cant understand what the benefit is.

But Nvidia will just work on windows period. I don't need to dance around it. It's about as plug and play as it gets

I guess it is useful for say if you have a batch script that you need to elevate for some reason and don't want to bother typing out your password (lets say you have UAC set to fully disabled as well) or something. I don't like they called it sudo though, elevate would've been nice.

I tried installing Arch once with the archinstall script that is now apart of the ISO and the piece of shit decided to not properly set up the encryption and left an empty partition. It also fucked up something with fagman since I kept getting weird key issues or something I don't remember.
I'm sure something else was broken but I re-installed Windows a while ago on this laptop so we'll never know.

Also powertoys sucks lol. I tried it once and there's like only one real """useful""" tool while everything else is just a fucking memory hog.
