My hypothesis if Germany won WWII:

• There’d be a bit of victory laps at the beginning
• Some treaty made between Naziland and the rest of Europe to later be broken to gain more territory
• Hitler would die sometime in the 1970s
  • Hitler’s successor not as great and keeping people unified, so it leads to even more infighting
• Nazis would have some plan to take over the US
  • Post WWII, the US has a Brown Scare instead of a Red Scare
• Nazis try to spread ideals worldwide like communists, leading to a Cold War between the US and Naziland
  • More alphabet agencies created in the US to help overthrow places that support Nazi ideals
• Due to trying to spread Nazism worldwide, the definition of “Aryan” also expands to include Latinos
• Big push to kill Jews living in the US, but unsuccessful due to leadership issues mentioned above
• Eventually becomes like the communists where the Soviet Union eventually falls, but with Nazis being given more sympathy than communists, as communists are the ultimate evil because they lost WWII.

In other words, I imagine it to have the timeline of what the Soviet Union had, with it getting watered down over time and eventually falling on its own. Degeneracy still happens as well, and Nazis would be forced to change some stances on things to not upset the populace because ideas change over time. Hitler’s successor also wouldn’t be Hitler, so that’s another issue. See: the disconnect future Soviet leaders had between Lenin and Stalin with Lenin still being revered, but Stalin unpersoned

I doubt they would be successful. Remember that the Manhattan Project was finishing development around the late 40s. Morale and patriotism through war bonds would've supported the war effort for a defense, at least for a while.

The American Nazi Party could try to attract German Nazis in the US but they would have a civil war with the other racists occupying 20th Century America.

I think they would have implemented a caste-like hierarchy of ethnicity, probably proposed by someone like Savitri Devi who would become the leader of some syncretic politico-religious movement.
Likely to have seen an expansion into Asia, or at least weirdly good relations with the likes of Tibet, Japan and Northern India. European empires would have been stripped but not given independence.

Having achieved their goals I think the social benefits programs of the pre-war days would be stopped - too expensive with war recovery. If they kept it, it would only be for Germans and nobody else who fell under their authority.

Hitler was the reason the Reich lost WWII.

The only plausible way for Germany to survive WWII is if Hitler gets killed early. Assassins wouldn't touch him because of his sheer incompetence, so it has to be a lone gunman or an accident.

Fascist Germany would probably collapse under its own corruption, like the USSR did, except this time, there won't be a West Europe and East Europe; the entire Europe would be a shithole 100 years behind in advancements compared to the US. Pretty much any historical monuments and cultural landmarks would have been wiped out by fascists/commies in an attempt to rewrite history, and the whole Europe would be as insignificant as Armenia or Laos.

Probably the Middle East would rise as a superpower now because of the Oil Trade with USA. East Asia would be in constant war between Japan/China/whatever is left of Russia and the US would be to indifferent to intervene.

Poland was poland, but France only fell so easily because just a short time before the actual invasion Belgium, that had fortification along the border with the Netherlands as a continuation og the Maginot line exactly because they though germany would try the same trick they used in ww1, decided it would be a great idea to just say fuck it to their alliance with France so Germany wouldn't attack them.
