TickleU, in the shit category, is a block of tv shows aimed at preschoolers. We have an adult man with the tastes of a 12 year old boy rating cartoons aimed at 4 year olds.

EDIT - Actually, looking at it more makes it even more pathetic. Most of the cartoons in his "gems" column are things that would've been around when he was in the intended audience range: late 90s, 00s cartoons. A few of the things in the meh and most of the things in the shit columns are things that are more recent.

So we have a grown man raving impotently at a medium (kids cartoons) that he's outgrown and has yet to realize it.
