Theoretically, under perfect conditions, what is the longest fart a human can possibly make?

No, the death of the universe would prevent the infinite & continuous cycle.

In any case, under normal circumstances it's dependent on the volume of your digestive system. If some mutant was created where it could take air and convert it to this "residual gas", while never ending the "push" (:waifu:) so that it's continuous & not cheating (I imagine it would be like an insect when it twitches its thorax), it would still need the fastest metabolism in order to pass the air to their "behind" quick enough, assuming their insides still resemble a human (and are not just a mutant vacuum).

150 years or so, that's as long as I think anyone could live with optimized genetics and conditions. Anyway, you just need to route an air compressor into the lower intestine through an incision in the lower torso and make sure that stays powered. I guess that's technically a cyborg, so maybe we can get Elon Musk involved if you're serious.

A large man with perfect control of his asshole, after consuming a maximum amount of food and medicine which produces gas, could likely drag out a large fart he held in for as long as possible, resulting in a full minute long fart, or thereabouts.
