Amber looks like a hideous bloated corpse anyway, her hair length doesn't do her any favors.

I disagree. Amber is lazy as fuck and isn't going to put in any extra hygiene effort, just like she hasn't put in any extra effort to her videos after getting a new camera/laptop. If she cut it short, it would probably be just as gross as Amy Slaton's hair.

My mind does boggle at how Amber still pulls in enough to make $10k a month, but let's be real here, none of these people are actually watching because they're interested in her content. Not only is this shit boring as fuck, it's 2 weeks old and boring as fuck. In internet terms that's ancient history. They watch for the trainwreck. And Amber knows that, and exploits it for short-term $. She'll never lose weight because it's the only thing separating her from the crowd. It's just an endless cycle of car crash viewing and weight gain.

Gorl probably does shed hair like crazy. I can’t imagine she can lift her arms for long periods of time to brush or wash her hair.

exactly shes only with amber so she doesn't have to get a job, and just eat and sleep all day. if amber were to leave they'd have to scramble to pay the other half of the rent. i bet she thought she won the lottery once she quit her job. sleeping until noon and eating fast food all day everyday. all she has to do is deal with hamburger's stench

But we know from Eric's vlog that if something happens and she needs to brush her hair, she'll just be too lazy and cut it out. We saw that when she got that fan in her hair, and instead of detangling it (while everyone else was playing mini golf) she just cut it out.

She obviously doesn't care THAT much about her precious long locks.
 
The early days were so much better, when Becky had a job and would drop off Amber at daycare before she went to work. Becky had a bit of sass back then, too. It's really depressing how things are now. They haven't even lived together for a full year.
 
I would have thought that awful fluorescent hotel lighting would be perfect for making videos. Too bad the camera has no white balance adjustment. Everything just has to be Oompa Loompa orange.
