Things people pretend to know but in reality know shockingly very little - Its easier to pretend you are smart than to actually be smart.

Its okay to not know everything but its not okay to pretend you know something when, in reality, you know very little about it.

An example is when people are asked opinions or complain about things that would require some level of knowledge but when pressed, they reveal they know very little. Talking is cheap, afterall.

My take is this

Prices

People dont really know how pricing actually works. All they do is say "its expensive" as if most businesses, especially smaller ones, are doing it on purpose just to fuck with them. 9/10, the business are doing just that, running a business. They need to pay providers, employees, managers, deliveries among many other things. Im not saying that there isnt greed with some places, mostly bigger chains (because a lot of people may complain about prices but they would rather still buy from these chains than to buy from the local market), but most of the times the higher prices are thanks to things beyond the business's control. They gotta pay the bills as well and complaining to everyone and their mother is not addressing the real issue and that sadly starts to dwell into the realm of politics and most people arent brave enough to go that route (or they know nothing about it so its far easier to complain to the honest worker or/and honest owner that just wants to get what they earned through hard work).

But hey, its far easier to make a scene and take it personal instead of just leaving somewhere else or just managing your own budget back home (or who knows, maybe stop fucking voting democrat).

Pricing absolutely is one, even at a professional level.

Company I worked for sold consumer electronics to retailers. During pricing negotiations one buyer would always bring up a similar product on a Chinese website and say "Look, these guys are selling the same product for less that you are offering it to me at trade price!" This was supposed to be his massive gotcha that he was being ripped off.

Our sales manager had him though. "You're welcome to buy from them, but don't be surprised if they cant offer you the 1000's of units you need, on time, the product does not look anything like the stock image, there are no safety certificates, price does not include shipping and packaging and it does not fall apart in a week and your customers return them all and you cant get a refund or replacement because the Chinese seller closed that account after he got your money and set up one in a different name"

Economics has to be high on the list. Pretty much all political ideologies as well — neoliberalism, socialism, fascism, etc.. We should all remember why the oracle at Delphi declared Socrates the wisest of the Greeks. Wisdom necessitates an acknowledgement of our deficiencies in knowledge.
We live in a postmodernist era, is it even possible to actually know things anymore?
“From millions of sources all over the globe, through every possible channel and medium — light waves, airwaves, ticker tapes, computer banks, telephone wires, television cables, satellites, printing presses — information pours in. Behind it, in every imaginable form of storage — on paper, on video and audio tape, on discs, film, and silicon chips — is an ever greater volume of information waiting to be retrieved. Like the Sorcerer’s Apprentice, we are awash in information. And all the sorcerer has left us is a broom.

Information has become a form of garbage, not only incapable of answering the most fundamental human questions but barely useful in providing coherent direction to the solution of even mundane problems. To say it still another way: The milieu in which Technopoly flourishes is one in which the tie between information and human purpose has been severed, i.e., information appears indiscriminately, directed at no one in particular, in enormous volume and at high speeds, and disconnected from theory, meaning, or purpose.”

History and biology.
The whole identity politics movement and all the problems caused by it comes from the fact that people have no clue how the human society looked like in the past and progressed throughout the centuries, as well as they have no clue how our bodies function.
I don't know everything but knowing some stuff makes me realize how ignorant the average person is.

Natural immunity

Even if you get sick or afflicted with an illness, people still don’t understand that they can find some natural remidies from the traditional wash your hands and face regularly style to asking your doctor questions about how to remain healthy and in shape if you don’t trust home made remedies that were created off the fly.

And thats the thing, you admit you dont know everything and thats more than these people ever do

Parenting. Talk to a mom, they'll say THEIR way of parenting is best because they have multiple kids and a minivan.
Broke: Cramming your brood in a minivan
Bespoke: Ferrying your goblin-spawn in a van with a wizard on the side.
(Mullet optional but highly recommended.)

A personal favorite is any variation of women's oppression. I always love when I get some uppity broad explaining things like how unfair it was women couldn't work during the industrial revolution. As though they didn't or it was even desirable to work those hellish jobs. I swear to God most Americans think history began in 1950s America.
