Hey uh. If needles going into veins worries you, I have good news! Vaccines are almost never IV, and for good reason-- a vaccine reaction under the skin can mean a big welt or, worst case, a damaged limb. A systemwide vaccine reaction is. . . unfortunate.

As for IV stuff, I'm with you. Having an IV catheter in makes me very upset; even getting a few mLs of blood drawn for testing makes me faint. And I've drawn blood hundreds or thousands of times. It's different when it's MY spechul blood!
