That is a game that actually isn't very demanding! How many people can be on at once? I was thinking The Forest if the server can handle it because we can have up to 16 people playing at the same time.

payday is local hosted but there are mods which let it exceed 4 players. Its actually fun to get like 12 people in a heist together.
